Definitely recommending this company.... Brandon(the tech that came out to service our HEATER AND AIR CONDITIONER) was super friendly, very thorough and clearly knows what he's doing. We have had nothing but great customer service and prompt fast service! EXCELLENT company!

Called around noon on a Friday, made an appointment for first available day which was Monday. Amanda called back a short while later and said they could fit me in between 3 and 6 on Friday. James should up at 3:10, diagnosed a bad capacitor and loose wire on circuit breaker. Fixed the problem on an old system. Wife will be very happy when she gets home to a cool house.

Had an air conditioning "emergency" with a very sick lady in the house and weather predicted in the 100's for the next week. We thought the nurses might have messed up the thermostat programming. Folks at dependable were very accommodating-sending a repair person within 3 hours of the call. Turns out we had a melted wire in the outside unit which shorted out the system. Brandon fixed it and suggested we install an easier to read/use thermostat too. We breathed a huge sigh of relief when the air kicked in. And we all love the BIG numbers and easy use of the new thermostat. So happy with this company!!

The heater was serviced Awhile back turned out the platform under the heater needed to be insulated and sealed.
Was a surprise but understood when explained to me,thought was little expensive But a good job done.
And heater will run more efficiently so it's all good.

Best service. We called on one of the hottest days Dependable came out same day and fixed it within 30 min. I would absolutely recommend this company. Truly grateful for helping out so quickly.

The technician called before arriving, giving us time to get our pets out of his way. He was prompt, informative, and professional. As always, Dependable did an excellent job!

I had an appointment today for HVAC service. I was home during the window appointment time. Just prior to arrival I received a txt with the name and picture of Chris, my technician. Chris was super. He answered all my questions and set me up with another service contract. It was a no brainer. I am getting a rebate that brought down the service calls below the average service charge in our area. I feel happy and reassured my HVAC is running well and will continue working well with Dependables care. I would recommend them to anyone needing a good servicing company.

Service person, Brandon, came on time. Found the problem and fixed it. Also suggested replacing the unit. He is not your everyday sales person, trying to sell you anything and everything. He explained to me why the unit needs to be replaced. I am convinced because I know he is not here to sell me anything. I can say he is an honest person
I will order a new unit together with a new furnace !

We asked for a jump duct to be installed after a loft conversion to a bedroom. We went with DH&AC because they were the original installers of our HVAC and did a really nice job on our annual maintenance.

However, we were disappointed for the following reasons:

1. They were an hour late.
2. They did not clean up after themselves; note, we just finished a renovation and saw how a more complex job was cleaned up.
3. After talking over potential placements, the duct was installed without consulting us. It's functional, but it would have been professional to let us know that where we wanted it was not possible but and if the proposed area would be okay.
