David and his helper were professional and efficient. They installed system, cleaned up after and explained the workings of new system.

We chose this company partially due to Brandon's scholarly knowledge of Carrier HVAC systems and then they did have a very competitive price that appealed to us. They were significantly less than the Costco HVAC vendor which was unexpected. At installation time, Hector even cleaned up the existing space where everything went and the visual appearance is great. The staff is friendly and responsive plus I wanted to support a local competant business if I could. We expect future interactions to be positive with them for maintenance questions. They do maintain non-Carrier HVAC systems as well even though they are Carrier vendors. Strongly recommended.

My areas of concern:
1. Tardy: Our technician was late (outside of the window given). 2. Attitude: He called after the fact to ask if I still wanted him to come- yes my house is freezing. He seemed to direct his annoyance of travel time at me. 3. Price gouging: determined that a part "Honeywell zone board" needed to be replaced. Part retails for $100-150 online. Charged me $785 for the part. PLUS his labor- for a grand total of $900+. 4. Poor communication: I used online form to email company regarding my concerns twice and go no response.
I am giving two stars instead of one because the man I spoke to (owner/manager?) was receptive to my feedback and reduced the price of the part 25%.

Every person I came in contact with during my experience of purchasing and installing my new furnace and air conditioner was professional, friendly, informative and polite. Your employees were punctual and efficient. My new system works great. I wish other businesses were as great as you.

Funny they have a good rating here but this is not what I experienced. I was needing a rough estimate for a evaporator coil since I needed to make a decision on who to hire. Unfortunately Dependable is one that is eliminated on the list. I dealt with a Brandon person who was not responsive at all...I mean just for the estimate that person never called back so who would want an HVAC contractor that doesnt call you back. Maybe at one point they were decent not on Yelp , Its hard to find a dependable HVAC place...find a place that truly wants to provide good service and not some place that thinks they have plenty of business. After calling Brandon back today and leaving a voicemail that I no longer have Dependable on my list he calls back and leaves a voicemail...I needed to make a decision quickly, Dependable was the only company that didn't respond out of 4 licensed HVAC companies. They only seem interested in selling new systems and mine was a repair.

My preferred local company for all of my ac/heating service and maintenance. I have used Dependable for the past 7 years and they have always given me the best service, pricing and customer support.

Justin was professional & checked out both the furnace & a/c. He climbed into the attic to change out the fresh air filter as I requested. He reset our service reminders on the system. Great job at a fair price. Thank you!

We've been a customer for so many years. Last June 20 changed our air conditioner & furnace & was very satisfied with their service. The people who installed the air conditioner & furnace were all very courteous! Excellent job! I recommended them to my cousin & she just changed her's last month.

We could not be happier with Dependable. We got quotes from several and a couple sales reps were definitely trying to up sale. John Stone came out and listened to what our needs were. He really explained the operating costs of their units and rebate programs available. After choosing Dependable the techs that showed up were on time, worked neatly and made sure all items were complete. The installation was first class. John even came by after to make sure that all was good and explained the new thermostat. Our home is now more comfortable and after the first month bill came back after the hot weather we just had the savings were immediately apparent. These guys are great. Mary W.

Dependable? Not at all! The only thing you can DEPEND on is that they are guaranteed to be late!! This is not the first time time that this company could not honor a 5 hour appointment window for me. But I assure you, it will be the last
