During the Great Heat Wave of 2022, my AC decided to call it quits. Or at least that is what I thought. The past 24 hours have been nothing short of pure misery. I called Randy and left a message, because despite my misery, I like to support local, family-owned companies when I can. He returned my call and was able to come the same day. Randy quickly diagnosed and fixed my AC. I could breathe again. He was very professional and personable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC service. Upon arrival, he gave me some good and bad scenarios to set my expectations. Fortunately, it was the better scenario. My family and I will sleep sweat-free tonight. Thank you Home Front!

Randy and team installed a new HVAC system for me. They provided excellent service, did a nice clean install, were very competitvely priced and best of all are Discovery Bay locals.

Yesterday the temp inside my house reached 91! I called Home Front based on other recommendations from Nextdoor and he was my AC hero! Came out to my house after 5pm, (on his way home for the day), and got our AC up and running again! He was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He definitely proved to be an Essential worker! Will keep him in my contacts forever!

Weather has turned cold and we had a heater that wouldn't fire. Blower would come on, but no heat.

Called the folks at Home Front Heating and AC late afternoon to leave a message. Got a call back within 10 minutes from Randy. He lives nearby and was just finishing up his work day. He offered to come by and 10 minutes later he was at my door.

Turns out a gas valve had gone south on our 15 yr old unit. Luckily he had the part on his truck and a short while later we were back in business!

Less than 90 minutes from first call to problem solved. You cannot ask for better service. Randy was entirely professional, explained as he went and we couldn't be happier. We'll have him back for AC maintenance service in the Spring.
