Econo Air HVAC

Home warranty company sent this company out . They were out quickly said new condenser was needed . Three weeks later still no repair. Talked to different company they came out on Thursday and by Friday afternoon we were fixed . The story of waiting for home warranty company to release equipment in my opinion is bologna. Paying the whole bill without using warranty only was a couple hundred dollars more and was completed in less than 24 hours . Yes I would say this company and home warranty companies are huge frauds.

I've worked w/ Econo Air for the past 11 years. I purchased a brand new central air unit from them (retail) in 2011. Due to No fault of their own, the compressor went out about two months later to which they then replaced the whole unit.
For whatever reason, I've had a few other companies service the unit throughout the years but always found them to be a mistake & would then call Econo.
Our regular Service Technician, Steve, is fantastic. He's informative, professional & kind. I even had a very nice chat w/ the Lady Receptionist (I'm sorry I don't remember your name 😞), who recommended using Old Republic Home Warranty for the quickest & best service coverage now that the manufacturer warranty has expired.
While I'm certain the experience of using a third party (rather than retail) will be different, I have no doubt the quality & efficiency of service provided will remain the same. I have become a loyal return customer to Econo Air, as they have always been reliable & efficient.

hello, they were sent out by our home warranty company and in the process of completing the repair they broke the water main and we were charged a $550 from the HOA as they had to call out another service to fix the repair. Econo AIr is not returning calls and we have accummulated additional late fees as the invoice has yet to be resolved.

Econo Air is the best got the job done their installers and technicians are Very friendly and understanding answered all my questions and concerns couldn’t be more satisfied With my new top of the line Trane package unit

Easily the worst service I’ve gotten. Was supposed to have my ac repair, but between them and the warranty company my part was never ordered, and now 3 and a half weeks in I still have n AC, no part, and a house full of five miserable children. All I keep hearing is, we’re working on it, but never getting a solid date to fix it.

I must use this company as per my home warranty (American Home Shield). AC went out Thursday, on Friday I confirmed that they would be at my house Saturday between 1-6. No call no show. It’s now Sunday and over 100 outside and over 90 in the house. I have a disabled family member that had surgery this past week and cannot easily get out of the house to escape the heat. Highly disappointed in the lack of customer service! If I could, I’d leave a zero star review. I will update my review if econo air can rectify this situation first thing Monday 8/17.

I don’t remember the tech that came put person was polite and answered all our questions happy with the service received through old home warranty would recommend the air company

I was told my air conditioner was a total loss. Econo Air came to my house and fixed it in 10 minutes. The tech was well dressed and very nice. He explained everything to me.

they did a good job at installing a new AC, they also ended up installing new ducts and vents. I would highly recommend this company.
