I called several places when my AC went out and Total comfort was the only one that was able to come out to my house within a 24 hour period. The technician, Randy G, was very thorough and professional. I felt comfortable with his suggestions and not like he was just trying to sell me unnecessary parts. He was able to get my unit working again that very same day and give me suggestions on how to keep my unit running more efficiently . I found Total comfort to be professional, reliable, reasonable and trustworthy. I definitely will be calling them in the future for any needed work.

Don’t use these guys. They don’t fallow code and leave a death trap waiting to happen just to cut cost and get out of work. I asked them to flush the lines after installing a new ac unit as they did not do and it got clogged within a week, never installed a drip pan that they told me they installed. My roof flooded and the same guys came out denying they said anything even though they did the work. Stated the roof needed to be replaced since it was that bad then came back a month later to paint over it.
Just don’t go with them they are not trust worthy, next to impossible to get a call back.

I just wanted an inspection of my HVAC system. This company, total comfort, installed the HVAC system. No problems were identified. Although technician rescheduled the service twice. Once he arrived he was very nice and easy to get along with. Overall it was a good experience.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable about about fixing air conditioners and thermostats. They went above and beyond to make sure that's it make sure that they found me the best value.

AC went out in July (pandemic - hottest time in SoCal - manufacturers no parts due COVID-19). Total Comfort supplied and set up a portable AC unit until the manufacture could get the replacement part(coil)
This company gets it right from the start; from their customer service desk ( dealt with the same person every time I called, dedicated to me ) Had 4 different highly skilled technicians on 3 events. All, I mean each & everyone was very courteous, efficient & knowledgeable & kept me informed on what was taking place. Much appreciated!

We appreciate their quick response and the worker wearing shoebooties, gloves and a face mask (we did too). He was curious and friendly. He made recommendations for yearly maintenance without a force sell.
