My technician Jose Vargas was very knowledgeable and friendly. He understood the needs that I had and offered options to meet my financial needs. I will go with Total Comfort Inc when I plan on replacing my furnace and A/C unit. Thank you for having such wonderful customer service.
I called to just get some one to come out and check my cool air fans James the manager came out that afternoon. He set up his technicians to check everything out, yes they found some things that I didn't have to repair, but the choice was mine. Great Service, Great knowledge, highly recommend
I had the worst experience ever dealing with Total Comfort. The sales person who came to my home was a scam artist. He wrote a contract charging my insurance company double the cost for installation. He over charged me for the unit. When the insurance company asked for a list of charges, they never responded. They put a lien on my home. I ended up getting a lawyer to have the lien removed.
We want to thank the technician Edwin Garcia for the great service he provided installing our Nest thermostat and his professional service. Because of him we will use and recommend total comfort heating and cooling every time. Thanks again

BE CAREFUL. Technician was EXCELLENT, Informative and FAST. However, I had a burnt Capacitor in my AC unit. $20 to 30 dollar part max. Somehow, I ended up being charge $495 dollars to replace the part & get my AC back up Tech was done in 30 minutes. They are good at up selling you without you knowing. Adding in maintenance, warranties, future checkups, etc to boost the price WAY up. This is a very dishonest way of doing business. Honest Companies get all my business, this one gets none. Keep looking!
These guys took advantage of my elderly parents in 2011. Just finding this out 8 years after the fact! They replaced a heater unit and did not install a filter rack! Found out they shoved a filter under the blower in the main housing. Just wedged it right in there— total fire hazard! I am contacting the better business bureau and the state licensing boards ASAP. Not sure if too much time has passed, but luckily my mother kept all the paperwork. The technician on the paperwork is Chris Stewart. I showed these pictures to an HVAC professional and they said this is totally unacceptable and does not meet code— Unbelievable!!!
Called for assistance on my air conditioner, when tech arrived he stated it was an easy fix, said it need a part that he had and could fix it right away. When I asked him how much?, he said: $600.00 six hundred dollars. I replied: I thought it was an easy fix?". The tech then back peddled and said, name you price! When I got my husband he looked up the part and and it cost $60.00. This tech not knowing I had someone knowledgeable, attempted to rip me off so my husband ran him off the property.. Another company fixed it for less than a hundred dollars. Beware!!!
The technician Randy was great. Very professional upfront and honest. He explained everything he was doing and was very curtious. I would recommend Total Comfort to my friends and family.
