Kim was our technician and he was polite, personable and professional. He took the time to explain everything in a way that anyone can understand so it's not overly more complicated than it needs to be so that we know what our options are and what his suggestions are. I appreciate the sincerity and will definitely go back for our next maintenance.

We had a furnace issue . We talked to Mattco Heating & Cooling first thing Monday morning, and had a tech there within an hour. It was determined it was time for a new one. The next day, Our old furnace was removed and a new one was installed and hooked up. The guys were prompt, courteous and tidy - great job!

This company is a terrible company! They're so unbelievably unprofessional! I tried to book am appt with them to come out and check my heater and when the guy called me back it showed as a scam call with an out of state number. So I called back and the guy that answered was so childish to say the least and started calling me Karen and taking like a little child because I simply told him I was concerned that it showed as a scam call and the address I was given was coming up as another business. The guy acted like he was 5 years old. Stay away from this company!

The sales person and Benny the technician did good work getting me an efficient system at a very reasonable price compared to other companies. They were able to complete the install while I was away and took care if all the paperwork.They also did a follow-up visit just to clarify any questions and to check my satisfaction. There were a couple other perks, as well.

I have used Mattco Heating & Cooling LLC several times now. They have always come out punctually and have been very practical with pricing. Always have parts needed on their truck and finished the job expeditiously. I will certainly use them again.
