The response was prompt and the guys did a great job. I had a question about the invoice, but one of the managers explained it to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Andrew came over to help address an issue with our AC not turning on. He checked out the thermostats, AC unit and proceeded to check to attic for the main controller. Come to find out, condensation had created a puddle and engaged the emergency switch which caused the AC unit to shut down. All this was taught and explained to me in a thorough and easy to understand manner through Andrew. Issue was fixed in a short matter of time. Andrew from PDS helped us regain our comfort in our home as we approached the triple digit heat. I can not wait to schedule our preventative maintenance with PDS. Great, honest and clean work. Highly recommend!

PDS Plumbing and Air is amazing! Called this morning At 7 am with a concern, and 20 min later my call was return and an appointment booked! Technicians (Andrew and Trevor) arrived at 10 am in the dot. Not only were they knowledgeable but their customer serve was bar none! They quickly serviced and repaired, and the price was super reasonable! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs!

PDS responded to my request within minutes and sent out a guy, Larry, next day. Larry was polite and professional. The best is he fixed our LEAK! Really love their work and yet their price is so reasonable. Definitely will use them again!

I love PDS plumbing and air because of their service technicians especially Eric He identified what a long term problem has been going on at our property and solved a problem quick and easily that should help our unit finally run more efficiently and save the life of our unit. I’ve had other companies out at the home in the past for servicing and Eric was the only technician that ever discovered that our intake air flow inside the house is way too small for our large unit. He is going to be making it larger and add a second intake flow at the other end of the house which should help our unit work more efficiently and save the life of the unit. We contacted PDS Plumbing & Air and not only did we have great customer service, the technician was punctual and did a thorough inspection, found and resolved the issue for us the same day. We were very happy with repair and will definitely use them again in the future!

PDS Plumbing & Air were quick to respond and efficient. Technician arrived approximately 1 hr. 15 min. after I called as discussed. The problem was quickly identified and resolved within 30 min. Care and caution was taken to ensure there were no more issues anywhere else. Professional, courteous and I felt confident the problem was addressed appropriately. I would use PDS again.

I called after 3 PM on a Friday for a toilet repair. They were able to come out that same evening and had our problem fixed.

The technician from PDS plumbing was on time and professional. After examining our AC drain line problem he explained in depth what our options were. He charged what I believe is a fair price and we received the receipt via email. Overall I'm happy with the service and would recommend to anyone needing plumbing services

The technician was on time and very polite. He wore mask, gloves and shoe covers. He was able to complete the repair on his initial visit and had parts necessary with him. I highly recommend PDS Plumbing and will call them if I ever need a plumber again.
