They gave a timely and reasonable quote for the work to be done. They offered several service time windows the next day and their technician showed up on time and got the job done. He was quick, friendly and efficient. He managed to get everything done and diagnose and fix a few other issues as well as explained how to fix the one he could not (leaky faucet has to be replaced) Jose R. was knowledgeable and showed why this company has a 5 star rating on yelp.

10/10 would use them again and recommend to family.

I called early this morning due to a clogged drain.the young man who answered this morning assured me someone will be out between the hours of 10 am -12 pm. Two young gentlemen arrived around 10:30 am and went right to work. The two young men were very professional and courteous .they answered all my questions without hesitation and advised me other services they offer like AC maintenance. I could not be happier . Thank you for your quick response when others could not and thank you for a job well done. You have gained a new customer.

I was extremely happy with our plumber from PDS. He texted me to confirm the time, then ended up asking if he could come sooner. I’m so glad he did, because the job took far longer than two hours. They quoted me about half of what Lee’s quoted for my job- which wasn’t complicated. I thought it was a fair price. He wore booties and cleaned up after himself, and got the job done well!

The service was great! They plumber sent was awesome and did everything efficiently. I talked with him, Johnatan, and he is very friendly and explained to me what was needed and done. I will be requesting his help if necessary in the future. Thanks!

PDS Plumbing & Air is the best! Our air wouldn’t turn on and they were able to have someone inspect my unit within 2 hours AND ON SUNDAY! With the Fresno heat looking to be in the 110’s this week we needed someone out ASAP. They inspected our AC, FIXED IT, and gave recommendations on how to not burn it out with the upcoming heat! They’ll even keep notes on our address to reference back if they need to come back out in the future. All of this in an hour visit and we didn’t having to wait 4-5 days like other companies were quoting. Great job!!

Fast service very polite and the job was done fast definitely would recommend.

We had a leak under one of our sinks. PDS Plumbing came out the following day, within a 3-hour time period, and a courtesy call 30 minutes before the ETA. I didn't, actually, have a leak, per se, just needed to tighten 1 thingymabobber. The tech simply reached under the sink, tightened it with his fingers, and was finished. Rather than charging me for the service performed, he said, because he didn't have to use his tools, he'd only charge the service fee for coming out to my house. That's how you get tipped, called back, and referrals!

(everybody expects a tip these days...)

PDS Plumbing was 1 out of the 4 plumbers I called that didn't say they were fully booked, but would "do me a favor" and come after hours, lol. Literally, 2 companies tried to take me for double within 10 minutes, and the 3rd guy told my husband that it wouldn't be until the following afternoon, to which he agreed. However, the technician called me from my doorstep the following day, at 11:00 a.m., wondering where I was. Well, I wasn't there, and I wouldn't be until noon. Had he given me a courtesy call, he would have known the arrangements that had been made, because his boss didn't... No thanks, again.

Then I called PDS Plumbing, and, now, I know why they have a five-star rating. I chose to give my rating for them on Google, as well.

I'm very ill and on Hospice. Your tech was patient, really listened, and gave me a fair estimate. All I need to do is order all the replacement faucets and parts, and He will handle it. Very personable and friendly. Rare find! I will use this Co. Service. Thank you!

PDS was able to get someone out the next day after giving them a call. I was without my air conditioner for two days in the Central Valley heat and Andrew came to our rescue! He did an amazing job. He found the issue right away and had the part in his truck to replace it. Also he let us know that there wasn’t any earthquake straps on our unit and he put them on for us without any hesitation. He also checked out refrigerant levels to make sure our unit was running at its full potential. He gave us other advice to strengthen the stability of the unit on our roof which we will do as soon as possible. Andrew is very knowledgeable and works quickly and efficiently. Anytime I call PDS I will request Andrew!!! Thank you PDS!! You’re awesome!
