Great customer service and quality of work. They installed an ice maker box from our sink, underneath the house and to our refrigerator. Very friendly and honest company. Will use for future plumbing needs.

We had Super Brothers repair two toilets in our house and they did an excellent job. It probably isn't the cheapest plumbing service out there, but the professionalism and service was top notch, so it was worth the higher price to us.

Bottom line: I wish I had requested service from Super Mario Plumbing to begin with...

After unsuccessfully trying to deal with shady contractors provided by my home warranty company, I opted for the cash-in-lieu option to fix my water heater on my own.

I called around to get price comparisons from a few companies. Daniel was really helpful, outlined the options and the respective costs (not to mention the friendliest of the companies I spoke with). Finding them to be the cheapest option of all the 5 star plumbing companies contacted (which including the cost of the permit vs. non-permit work of others), I booked them the next day. Also note, there are no hidden fees or up-selling with Super Mario.

The technician, Peter, called 45 minutes before his arrival, arrived on-time, was friendly and did a meticulous job installing the new water heater. When he finished installation, he walked me through his work and answered the questions I had. This is what service should be like.

Overall, an excellent experience. They deserve the 5 star rating on Yelp.

Andre, one of their plumbers came to the house to fix our issues with clogged pipes. Andre is respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He came exactly on scheduled visit. He spoke with me about my problem, did a visual inspection and made an accurate diagnosis of the problem. He told me what the problem was and got my consent to work on it. He went down to work and gives me continuous update on the work in progress. He didn't stop after getting the clogged pipe clear. He went back to it a few more times to make sure the pipe is 100% clog free. After an hour of hard work, our plumbing misery is over!

Ray what is my technician and he was absolutely one of the most professional people that have ever entered my house to do a repair.

First and foremost I would like to say that Super Mario Plumbing has been my family's plumber for the last two years. I have used them for numerous jobs, big and small, and I have always been very impressed with their work. They are very professional, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. The first time they came out, they even gave me tips on how to re-start my garbage disposal free of charge. Other companies would have charged me a service call just to come out! After that, they earned a customer for life. Recently, when I needed to have a plumber come out, I went on Google to get their phone number. I was surprised to see the string of negative reviews that were posted recently. It seemed a little fishy because the content of the reviews was completely the opposite of what I and so many others experienced with the company. I was skeptical so I checked Yelp and there weren't negative reviews. I know that Yelp uses a thorough process in order to post on their site, which confirmed that these reviews are FAKE! I called Dimitar at Super Mario and he confirmed that they had no records of the "customers" that posted on this site and that the company is pursuing legal action. I stand by this company because of my family's long-standing relationship with them and I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

We just completed a house repipe and new sewer line install. We had three estimates. Super Brothers (Dimitar) was the most knowledgeable estimator. We appreciated his honest recommendations and he gave us an estimate much less than the other two. We felt very confident in using Super Brothers. We were not disappointed. The installers were very professional and they took pride in their work. The after service follow up was thorough. Bottom line. We got a quality job, from an honest company, for a very reasonable price. We have recommended them to our family and neighbors.

We've been procrastinating about calling to deal with a plumbing issue way too long, we finally call and it was all fixed in one visit a day later. Service was great, the guy was respectful, and he came up with a solution to our plumbing problem that was more elegant then we'll expected.

We had a new propane hot water heater installed several months ago (Spring 2020) and they also fixed an older hot water heater to decrease the time required to provide hot water. Finally, they redid the piping under the house to shorten the distance between the new heater and the kitchen sink and dishwasher thereby saving us time and water by cutting a previous 4-5 minute wait to get hot water to about 30-45 seconds. Then a week or so ago, they called and advised us that a county inspection was required in order to keep our warranty and they arranged for a county inspector to come at a convenient time. When he inspected today, he had nothing but praise for Super Brothers' work in the installation of the new unit and noted that they went the extra mile by providing a 10-15 foot pipe to ensure that the carbon monoxide exhaust would exit the unit a long way from our deck which is immediately above it. Super Brothers is Super and I will. use them in the future for important work.
