RPM Heating and Air Conditioning

My home warranty set me up with company as a contractor. They have not once answered my phone calls or returned my voicemails. They automatically assigned me a service window via text confirmation. That was supposed to be today between 11am-3pm. They missed the window and again have not answered my phone calls. My warranty company was able to get a hold of them once and said the technician was running late and would reach out to me shortly. He never reached out and never showed up. Needless to say, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Today these professionals installed a new AC unit for my home and they were wonderful. Mike came out and assessed my outdated unit and explained to me exactly what I needed. He was able to work around my schedule, was reasonable and very honest. He was able to order the unit and get things moving very quickly. I knew what was going on at all times. They were especially kind to my dog, who doesn't realize his own weight and thinks everyone wants to play. They were very neat, and left everything better than it was, just as promised. They are a local, family owned company and the care and compassion that I experienced truly emulated that. I have already recommended them to one friend and will never use anyone else!

This is a family owned business that does an excellent job. They are very customer driven. I've dealt with Michael on 2 occasions. He was great to work with, very knowledgeable and efficient in fixing the problems with a couple of central heaters.

My AC went out and I called on a Wednesday for service and same day they were able to send someone out within the hour. They came out within the hour able to diagnose the problem. They ordered the part and came back out and fixed the problem Friday and now my AC is blowing cool. I highly recommend there services, very efficient and responsive, overall great customer service!!! Mr. Pfau and his team were fantastic! They saved me from a disastrous situation with another company. On the same day the other equipment was removed, RPM installed a new heater and air conditioner and did a quality job. They were very friendly, thorough and professional. Literally, RPM is and continues to be, a lifesaver. They repaired and maintained my heating and air conditioning unit for 2 years, at a reasonable cost, until it finally had to be replaced. At that point, they beat two other bids, saving me a lot of money.
