Excellent customer service by both the owner Bill, and the office assistant Teri. Bill is very knowledgeable and professional in both diagnosing and repairing HVAC's. I had him come for a 2nd opinion after receiving a repair quote of $755 (not including the $135 charge for diagnostic's) from another so called reputable company. He was able to diagnose and repair my system for less than 10% of the other company's quote. They have earned my trust and respect, as well as a lifetime customer. Thank You!!!

Story Heating & Air recently worked on some air conditioning units at my property. They are very knowledgeable on all things "A/C" as well as heating. Bill and his team did a great job for us. We had to prod a little bit to get the job started, since they are busy and tend to respond to the most urgent jobs first. But, once started, everything went smoothly, showed up as promised and did careful and quality work. Gave clear explanations for everything.

Bill worked on our dinosaur diesel heater till he got it running. Then he came back a week later to see if it was giving us any problems. He came after hours, to make us happy. We use him twice a year, for maintenance before heating season and cooling seadon!. Also the lady who answers the phone, got our dilemma, and got Bill out here sooner than we expected.

I was very impressed with their service and professionalism. They came out to inspect my house to put in a bid for a new furnace and A/C unit. They arrived when they said they would and were professional and courteous. They explained all my options, and it felt like they were educating me rather than trying to hard sell me, which as I've found out is not always the case when dealing with HVAC sales.

We are SO pleased with Story Heating and Air. They really know their stuff in regards to customer service AND air conditioning. Both are of equal importance to us. We are also business owners and are inspired by the work ethic/quality that they provide. Have used them for years and have never been disappointed. We always get more than expected. Once again, Bill Story saves us from the Chico heat! Always professional and efficient, I can't express enough how much we appreciate their service!

I left a message last Saturday afternoon on their voice mail after having issues installing a new Wi-Fi thermostat. The technician called back in less than 1/2 hour and was able to walk me through the quick fix over the phone. I really appreciated the quick response and the excellent service.
