I've had several services on getting my air conditioner fixed, it finally is working perfectly, My service technician John Bishop is outstanding, I cant say enough about him personally, he went above and beyond my expectations, its so nice to find someone who actually cares about the customer. He stayed on a Friday night to finish till 10:30 pm instead of saying I will come back Monday to finish. For the company to allow that flexability with their employees is impressive. Mike the owner is wonderful I cant say enough about this company Thank you for still provided true customer service and satisfaction

It was about 110 and the AC went out. They were able to get out the very next day. Bishop was knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient. He had what he needed on hand to get the job taken care of on the weekend. Dave helped with the scheduling and was very kind and accommodating. I will be getting set up on their maintenance plan and will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for getting us through some hot days!!

My wife and I recently purchased a new home and noticed a few of the bedrooms were not heating as well as the other rooms. We communicated with the Jessie Heating and Air staff and setup an appointment right away. Jeremy & Garret showed up right on time, and jumped immediately into the problem. They made some adjustments and said to not hesitate should and additional tweaks be needed. We were very impressed with the overall service from Jeremy & Garret, and we would recommend Jessie Heating and Air to anyone.

Our AC stopped pumping out cold air, and a Jessee tech came and "repaired" our unit. Our place is two years old and our AC has a freon refrigerant leak. The tech did not fix the leak, but just refilled the freon. Since our place is two years old, he should have been able to put two and two together and realize there was a leak. A few weeks later, the vents were all leaking water. The same tech came by and once again, "fixed" the problem. A few weeks later, they started leaking again. Less than a week after he came, the AC unit stopped working due to the freon running out because of the leak that Jessee heating and air failed to notice. Out of frustration, we switched to another company, which quickly came out and diagnosed the issue. Jessee heating and air improperly installed the AC unit when the place was built a couple years back. Because of their own screw up, our unit developed a freon leak. The second company could not fix the issue because they were not the ones that installed the unit, so we contacted Jessee again and told them exactly what was wrong with it and why. Even though Jessee was the reason our AC unit was not working, they were very reluctant to come fix it. We finally got a tech to come out and fix it. He came by and diagnosed the issue and left without telling me anything. He had the green light to fix the issue on the spot, but left anyways without telling me anything! He was under the impression that he could not fix the issue today due to some policy, which was not true. Now, we are waiting for these idiots to schedule an actual fix to the leak. Jessee heating and air is the reason we are having problems with our AC, and getting them to fix it has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Valentin performed a preventative maintenance service for the a/c system last week. My apologies if I misspelled the technician's name. He was friendly, thorough and efficient. Talking with him after the service was completed let me know the performance condition of the system. I was also able to ask him some questions I had. In addition, it was also good to see that the company is implementing the face mask initiative for technicians during a service visit. All in all, it was an excellent experience. I look forward to the second scheduled preventative maintenance service in the fall for the furnace.

Our mobile office was stationed out on the Wall fire and our air conditioner stopped working. We contacted Jesse Heating & Air on the weekend and let them know the situation. They were the only ones that we got a response from on Sunday and they came out right away to see if they could help us. Their technician, John, was extremely helpful and would not except payment for testing our unit. They came back with portable unit that they let us borrow until we could get the roof mount unit fixed. Their service was exceptional!!

Have a Sears home warranty and was having a hard time finding an HVAC company to repair my AC. After 2 weeks they got Jessee who didn't have a current contract with them. What a great experience ! Lew on the phone handled the appointment and interface with Sears perfectly. Joe the technician was super. Diagnosed the problem in 1/2 hr and actually got the unit working properly. Ordered the board and had it installed in a week. Also fixed another problem I didn't even know about. Excellent!
