The Mint HVAC repair man was on time and very informative and professional. He diagnosed the problem with my LG Refrigerator quickly. He provided solutions and pricing which was fair, however, due to the age of my refrigerator (15) years we elected to purchase a new one. I would highly recommend Mint HVAC.

I just had a new GE Gas Cooktop installed by Felix. He was on time.

He had to convert the appliance to propane and he was very methodical . It's now working perfectly.

He was very polite and easy to work with.

Fuse is on my list for future appliance work.

Fuse removed my gas furnace and installed a 3-ton Mitsubishi heat pump HVAC. I got 5 quotes and theirs was the most reasonable for what I wanted. I am super happy with the new heater. It’s very quiet and the heat is gentle, plus I now have air conditioning for those super hot days when the smoke is too bad to open the windows. Fuse was easy to work with and when something wasn’t set up right at the end, they quickly fixed it. I would use them again.

Alex from Fuse HVAC is an excellent example of a model employee! He arrived on schedule and was well prepared. He wore all his PPE and even took off his shoes to avoid tracking in dirt. He took a look at my kitchen ceiling lights and was able to diagnose the issue rather quickly. After agreeing to the very reasonable quote, he got to work and finished the job. Repaired A/C. Of course our A/C decided to quit on us when temps reached upper 90’s and on a Saturday to top it off. Not only was Fuse open on the weekend but on Yelp they had a great rating. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome- made appointment foe Monday morning and Sergio came out diagnosed some issues - fixed them immediately! He was so knowledgeable and expedient. I was so impressed- I highly recommend!

I had an A/C issue and called Fuse HVAC. Other companies I had called for an appointment couldn't schedule me for 14 to 17 days into the future. But then a friend highly recommended Fuse HVAC. I called and was able to get an appointment for the following day. The technician even was able to arrive several hours earlier than our scheduled appointment. After checking the AC and house service panel, he determined that the issue was caused by the power coming to the house. He suggested I call PG&E for that repair. They are scheduled to arrive later today. So, although Fuse didn't repair my A/C, they were responsive, diagnosed the issue quickly, and seemed to be very professional and honest. I was happy to pay the $110 Service Call fee.

We hired them to repair our 15 year old Air Conditioning units. The technician Valentin spent MANY hours thoroughly checking our systems, and gave recommendations of repairs. His judgement and professional knowledge are right on. After initial repairs, we ran into more problems, and he came back warranting his work and resolved the remaining issues. I got my HVAC (AC & Heat Pump) installed from Fuse HVAC around a year back. They did a fantastic job. If I remember correctly, Artur K. did the installation. He knew what he was doing, very professional and thorough with his work. I recently signed annual maintenance contract with them.

It is about my 20+ year old furnace. I first thought of replacement and found the price is too high. I actually did some research myself online and managed to collect the replacement parts myself. Fuse HVAC gave me a good estimate, their people are really responsive online. Technician arrived on time that day and I got a message on my phone 20 minutes before the appointment time. Everything goes on smoothly, have all the parts I bought installed on my old furnace and it goes back to work. :) Thanks Fuse and will use your service again.

I had a new HVAC system installation done by Fuse. The team was very professional from consultation, installation, to customer services. Although there was a technical difficulty during the installation day, they came back the next day early in the morning to finish the job. The communication with the team was easy and prompt as well.
