Office receptionist, Dana, interested and caring. Fit us right into their schedule. Technician arrived on time, diagnosed problem quickly and made repair. Andrew very friendly and competent. Would highly recommend this company!

The AC install they did a few years ago was pretty good and they do a good system follow up a year later. A few years later we had an issue and they were quick to come out and troubleshoot the issue. When your AC or heat goes out it is never convenient and their availability and knowledgeable staff are top notch.

In the early days of winter our furnace wasn’t working. This company went above and beyond on a busy day assisting me via text and phone to be able to fix the problem myself when I informed him I had the abilities and he new he couldn’t fit me in. I offered to pay for the consult but he was just happy to ensure we had heat. I have never known a trade willing to do this and we were incredibly grateful, it was not a fun cold snap. I will definitely be using them for future servicing.

We called this company due to our furnace not working on a very cold evening. Alex came to our house and fixed the issue in a timely fashion. He did not try to sell us a brand new furnace in the process and he was knowledgeable and honest with the work that needed to be done. We will only use his services in the future for our HVAC needs. My furnace was running with flames for 30 seconds and then flaming out with no error. Stan came in 20 minutes and solved the issue within a few minutes. He was courteous, polite, and educational. Excellent service!

Dima is a wonderful employee. He represents your company well. Dima is knowledgeable and shared his knowledge regarding our heating system with us. I wish we could follow his advice to get an air filtration system but money is an obstacle for us. If we can figure a way to afford it in the future, we will definitely use this company because of our great experience with Dima!
