Our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days we've had. I called Pioneer AC & Heater Repair and they immediately came and resolved the problem. A month later or so, we had another problem with a pipe, and again, they were right on it. The owner called several times and also made a personal visit to make sure all was OK. Online guide for size of units needed easy to use. Units provided were in pristine condition and very effective for the space they were needed.

Pioneer AC & Heater Repair technicians arrived on time and the crane to lift the unit to the roof was there on time too. The install appeared to go smoothly and the technicians were good. My brother is 80 years old and found the new thermostat harder to read and more complicated that the old one so Manny re-installed the old one for him. So far, everything is working well, but it has only been a few days and it was not needed much because the weather was cool.

Thank you so much for a great technician. He did a great job replacing the duct work under the house, and the house feels real nice now. He did extra tacking to avoid the duct work from coming undone and I feel confident in a job well done. Thank you again for another job well done. We have used Pioneer AC & Heater Repair several times and I would highly recommend them! I just had an emergency on Sunday (New Years Eve day) and one tech from this company came out and fixed the problem for us! Very quick response time and all of the service people we have had are always very professional and helpful in getting our issues fixed.
