Excellent shout out to the people in the Campbell office especially to Stephanie in the office and to Jamie that came to our house to fix the problem. They are always caring and listening to the problem and give there 100% every time. We have had them for 18 years of great service and recommend them very highly

Technician was on time, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. We have used Supreme Air Systems for at least 15 years and will continue to do so.

We thought the tech, Haji was great! He went out of the way to make sure our requests were completed. We do wish the 2 hour window was one hour as it seems a long time to wait.

AC unit cleaning done today by Darrece. He also checked the condition of my furnace and was informative in answering all of my questions. Excellent Service and recommended.

Not what I consider professional. Had them for years prior to our ownership of our condo. Spring check yielded no bad parts, but all of a sudden they discovered that we were missing a pair of locking caps? But they ignored that for years prior?
Unacceptably poor management makes for inconsistent service tech's. Bye bye. No more money from us to them. I guess they can afford to lose business.

Haji came to service my heater and did an excellent job. He was on time, patient answering all my questions and even gave me a cell for one of my smoke alarms.

My AC broke down today. Darrece was very professional. Took his time to explain what was done as well as patiently addressed my concerns. Highly re ommnend.
