    We had a dryer vent line that was blocked and part of it broke when we tried to clear it. All this right before a new washer and dryer was due for delivery. Called Supreme Air and they adjusted their schedule to help. No appointment in advance; they were just there when we needed them. Stephanie in the office and Dorian in the field. Excellent across the board. All is well now. Thank you Dorian, thank you Stephanie. Thank you Supreme Air!

    I work for a property management company and they own a bunch of property around Los Gatos, CA. Stephanie from Supreme Air has always been super helpful and on top of everything. We just had a service call for 3 units in Los Gatos. Dorian showed up sharp at 9:30 AM and took care of all units. Always had a good experience with Supreme Air.     A Tale of two Systems: Warm Air
    Our most recent experience with Supreme Air’s 5-Star service and performance began with a February call from Stephanie reminding us we promised to replace our benign neglect heating system strategy with an annual cleaning and maintenance program, assuring us that our garage-based furnace would be cleaned following strict covid protocols, including not entering the house. With masks and social distancing limiting direct interaction, Ashley played a key role both in scheduling the several appointments and in letting us know who would be doing the work – beginning with Stephan. After the cleaning, Stephan shared photos of a progressively corroding heat exchanger revealed during the cleaning that demonstrated to us that the furnace should be replaced before it became dangerous and that it would have gone undetected under our call-when-it-fails strategy. The following day, Karen Peck arrived to spec out our requirements and was able to procure an excellent American Standard furnace that Stephan and Malechi installed two days later in one marathon 8-hour removal and installation session.

    A few weeks later: Hot Water
    When your tankless water heater gifts a cold morning shower, calling Supreme Air Systems might not be your first thought - but it was ours. First, because the decal on the gray metal box the size of a suitcase on the wall of our house promises to instantaneously heat water on the way to our shower the way the new furnace instantaneously heats air on the way to our registers. Second, because we trusted Supreme Air to know what to do, even in the unlikely event it was a plumbing problem. Soon, Stephan was back on the scene, opened the mysterious box crammed full of computers, sensors, and everything but water, and diagnosed a failed igniter. Deciding to take advantage of more than a decade of technology, safety, and efficiency improvements, Alan quickly procured for us a significantly more compact and greatly improved Noritz tankless water heater in a friendly beige that Alex and Adriel installed in one 5-hour removal and installation session while adding upgraded earthquake-resistant gas and water hoses and connections.

    I contacted Supreme Air Systems to get my A/C and heat pump repaired. The technician came in and analyzed the heat pump, and found the coolant is all gone. Since we needed the insurance company to approve the fix, we've set up another repair schedule in the other day. On the day of the repair, the technician found the leak, replaced the part, recharged the freon. Yet while we're testing the a/c, the transformer unexpectedly broken again since it was very old one. The technician also fixed the transformer in the middle, so we were able to fix the everything in one day and now I can feel arctic cold wind in my home. Two things that I wanted to highlight: 1) Call representative was friendly; it's a rare to see a friendly representative in the a/c service company in the past, so I think it was good thing. I'm surprised that the other reviewer said they had terrible experience, but that was exactly opposite to my experience. 2) Highly skilled a/c (heat pump) repair service that fixed the issue. I would recommend Supreme Air systems to anyone who is looking to fix the broken a/c systems.

    Stephanie scheduled my maintenance visit and Stephan R provided my semi-annual maintenance. He was professional, detailed in his task completion and friendly. He found traces of a termite infestation and showed me a picture. I jumped on that right away. I continue to appreciate the Supreme Air Systems.

    We were having intermittent issues with the heating system at our house. Out of a sudden it would just stop working. Supreme Air Systems' technician was not only able to help diagnose what the issue was but also order a new part and replace it within couple of days. The technician was very thorough and professional. Would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

    Supreme Air’s consistent five-star recommendations are well-founded and amply demonstrated when you wake up in a cold house with a non-functioning furnace. An urgent call to Stephanie resulted in a 9am response by Alan who, quickly resolving my bad thermostat theory in the thermostat’s favor, cleaned the dust-obscured flame detector to restore our heat. Stephanie scheduled the personable and highly capable Darrece to thoroughly clean and vacuum the entire heating and air delivery system while providing us a remedial course in air system operation and care. Supreme Air’s service and operational excellence provided us a safer and more reliable heating system, while noticeably increased air flow enhances both our comfort and energy efficiency. We also learned the lesson of not letting post-remodel benign neglect and minor heating system issues turn into major problems - and that participating in Supreme Air’s preventive maintenance program is a no-brainer.
