Air Max HVAC

This company works with Home Depot to sell and install HVAC. Their work is average quality but their price is 30% higher than the other companies.

Alfonso and Eugene arrived on time. There was a defect in the delivered product and they had a replacement within about an hour. We were told the job could take until 5 and they were done by 2. They’re work was clean, professional and excellent quality.
The installation included a new thermostat which we are pleased with.
Air Max found us in Lowe’s and every associate was pleasant to work with.

Great customer service from start to finish. Adam explained in detail the equipment being installed. The work crew was very professional and commutative regarding the work being performed. The work was performed on time and of high quality. There was peace of mind when a third technician came to inspect their work after being completed. They also did the walk through with the city inspector a few weeks later. I would definitely be recommending them. Thank you guys!

The gentlemen from Air Max are all just wonderful. Jaime and his crew helped me with a new unit installation last week and I was happy with the whole experience. I have used other HVAC repair companies in the past but none of them hold a candle to Air Max. They are definitely the best that Burbank has to offer. If I ever need any additional help with my heating and cooling needs they will be my first call. It was truly a pleasure. This company is just so reliable and honest.

Along with being an amazing HVAC contractor, Air Max also has excellent customer service. Delgadillo and his crew were amazing, professional, and great communicators. They got our new unit in quickly and cleaned up everything when they were done. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I will be telling everyone I know that lives in Burbank how great they are. I look forward to working with them in the future.

The team replaced our existing central AC and installed a new mini split unit. The sales team was great and gave a competitive price. The new loft mini split unit was so good we didn’t use the central AC unit until inspection. During testing the coils dripped water on our entrance hardwood floors. This never happened in over 25 years of ownership. Remediation is pending, to be fixed after holidays by mutual agreement. The installation work was poor. In addition, the workers damaged a door leading to our condominium roof common area. We were charged by the HOA for damages.

I love the new mini split unit, but overall the experience was degraded by preventable issues.

The crew that came were very polite, neat, organized and friendly. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone in need.

Work took 2 days, cause I was replacing almost whole system, for a Bigger one. They were nice and profesional, explained all my questions, overall exceding allmyexpectation.

Abe from Air Max came to my home to explain my options for installing an HVAC. He was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what would be done including different price options. The installers were very nice and completed the work with no problems. The State inspector commented that the quality of work was excellent.

Abe and his team were awesome. They we know time, professional, respectful and very efficient. The installers were able to work able to work around my kids home school schedule and my work at home requirements.

The team was very clean and they made sure all AC units worked and were problem free. Pricing was very good as they provided great products and work for less money than the big home improvement and warehouse stores. I was referred to Air Max by Lennox directly and they were spot on.
