Our A/C unit went on the fritz just as the temps started hitting 100°+F. All Star sent two technicians over right away, and then the owner came over himself to make sure that it got working in an extremely timely manner. I am very satisfied with the product they installed and both the speed and manner with which they supported it. Good company, good people.

Made and confirmed an appointment, one full week prior to service. Conveyed the point that I would be leaving work, so availablity was of extreme importance! My appointment was confirmed twice, for peace of mind!
On the day of the scheduled appointment, I arrived home from work, 15 minutes prior to the 30 appointment window. I waited until the end of the 30 minute appointment window, and no one showed or called. I called the office, and a woman named Jennifer answered, who happened to be the same woman I had twice confirmed with! She had no idea who I was, nor was my name and address on her schedule! She seemed very confused and unorganized, and unsure of how to respond.

Needless to say I would never recommend this business to anyone! I didn't even receive an apology!
Zero star would be most appropriate!

Javier and Guiermo were great. They were courteous and polite and diligent workers. Felt comfortable with them in the house. Would recommend them for fast, efficient work. They installed a new Gas HVAC system in two days.

Memo and Armando replaced my non-functionin air conditioner with a new Lennox. They were very professional, courteous, focused and on-task. Memo did most the communication and stated clearly the process and adjustments to the installation as they arose. They had to work in the attic much of the time and it was warm weather, and they did not complain, instead continuing the installation and clean-up.

First review crashed and burned.
Guillermo arrived on time and was ready to install the Lennox, Model M1180 furnace. I addressed several questions to Guillermo in reference to CA. regulations requirements for furnace installation. He answered all questions and completed his installation in a timely manner. The job was clean and proficient. They spent considerable time sealing the air return box and making sure there will not be a loss of efficiency when the furnace is operating.The crew was efficient and very personable. They left the job site clean with no rubbish for me to dispose. I would recommend to any new customer AllStar Furnace& Heating for both furnace and Air condition installation.. Gentlemen a job well done.

We had to replace an 18 year old York air conditioning unit. I have been using Allstar's maintenance program and we determined the old unit was operating inefficiently. I chose a Lennox unit. The team was on time and very polite and efficient. At the end of the day, we tested the system which was much quieter than the old system and operating smoothly.

Based on two visits by two different techs, easily the most intelligent, helpful and professional heating techs we've had in our home since we moved here over 15 years ago. "Allstar" is no exaggeration.

Worse experience ever. Called to setup appointment when air conditioner stopped. While on the phone with owner, air conditioner mysteriously started working again. I told the owner, never mind it's working and he suggested to have someone look at it anyways. Since, I'm a repeat customer, it wouldn't cost anything to have them look at it. At the time of the appointment, no one showed. I called the office and they said he would call me shortly. About an hour went by before hearing from the technician. He said he would be about 30 mins. After an hour, he finally arrived. He needed to stop and have lunch. I guess my time doesn't mean anything to them. After looking at it for about 30 mins, he told me that he can't find anything wrong but the unit is really old and should be replaced. After telling him repeatedly that I wasn't going to replace something just because it was old, he wrote me up a receipt for $98. $98 to look at a working AC and telling me to replace it. I called the owner to complain and he proceeded to tell me that $98 is a good deal to have someone look at your AC. Not when I was told it wouldn't cost anything!! He must have called the technician to reduce the price because the technician came back and said it would be $48. By this time, I was ready to pay $48 just to have him leave. Today I noticed that $98 was taken from my account. I will never use them again!! Useless!!
