Incredible company to work with. They were highly professional, knowledgeable, and just a joy to work with. We recently upgraded from a 60-year old heater to a high efficiency furnace going with Allstar. My wife and I are so pleased with the new furnace, ducting and filter. It makes an amazing difference during this cold winter, not to mention the clear air we breathe now. Allstar was recommended to us, and we will be recommending to others!

Peter calmly and efficiently installed at easy-to-use thermostat in one duplex and in the other restored heat which had been our since the floods in January inundated the connections. I had assumed it was impossible to fix since there had been a big flood in the crawl area, but Peter was undaunted and patiently worked on it until it was fixed. What a pleasure to have heat again. Being in the Metal Finishing Service business for 25 years now, it comes as a surprise to find a technician that is on time, extremely knowledgeable and caring of his work. Alex is all of these attributes and more. As much as i tried to "stay in his way" Alex finished the piping of my split LG AC/Heat unit in my garage, his attention to detail was outstanding and as he worked he explained every step. he was organized in his work path and double even triple checked all of his work and mine. Wanted to install new AC in my home. Researched several companies in the area. By far, Allstar was the most professional, straight-forward (no gimmicks), and clear pricing / communications. They exceeded my expectations in on-time installation and permit approvals. Reid was outstanding. One minor issue was resolved quickly. Very pleased with this experience.
