What a pleasant experience ! From the initial estimation meeting to the final system instructional session, Mr. Sandoval and his "A" team delivered a five star +installation . They removed and replaced the entire HVAC with expertise and professionalism. The crew is a unity that works and supports itself. I have been in business over fifty years and I have never experienced such congeniality among workers. We where greeted every morning with a smile and the same applied at the end of an ardous day.They installed the premium equipment that Carrier supplies and the system works wonderfully. Along the way they made suggestions to improve our comfort in an additional room, and we are thankful for implementing it into the system. The Carrier air purifier is a wonderful addition and its an item that I highly recommend. The infinity series is efficient and quiet and its thermostat works fantastic ; last but not least, I was informed of rebates and they filled out all the paper work for us. Thank you Mr. Sandoval and crew for giving such great service and climate comfort for the upcoming climatic changing conditions.

We had AC installed in our home this summer which included replacing our very old heater with a new one. I was so impressed with Juan and his team. They did a fantastic job. Efficient, highly skilled, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend them for any heating or cooling service.

They were excellent, came in got all the work done in a timely manner. We had to leave midday and they cleaned up and locked up so we could come home to air conditioning.

I have worked with this company for 7 years on our multifamily and single family rental properties. I quickly switched all of our HVAC business over to Carol Flynn after experiencing their excellent quality service. The last time I searched, they were the ONLY residential HVAC service provider in the SF Bay Area that carry the NADCA certification for vent cleaning and are ACS air cleaning specialists. They have replaced all of the furnaces in one of our 36 unit multifamily complexes in Palo Alto and were extremely efficient on that challenging, all occupied units project. They are honest and proficient in all of their service recommendations, give excellent customer service with our residents, cover their shoes, never leave a mess and show up on-time. I highly recommend this company.

Ricky and Marcos did a great job on a full Gas Furnace central heating system in my home. Very clean install and reasonable price . They also removed the old inefficient wall heater. Highly recommended.
