Carol Flynn Heating & Cooling recently installed an AC system in my parents' home, having installed a heating system a few years earlier. Once again, they were amazing to work with and did a fantastic job. They are a family owned business who take tremendous pride in their work. For my parents' project, Marco did a superb job supervising it alongside his brother, Juan Carlos, and with the diligent focus of Luis, Brad , Adolfo, and Fernando. The installation was affordable, completed promptly and conducted by the most friendly, hard-working staff my folks have had perform work in their home in a long time. Thank you!

We replaced old heating system with a completely new system in our home. From the first call I placed to the receptionist the job went smoothly. The boss of Carol Flynn came over to check out our situation along with an estimate, an email then appt. The abatement team came over and the foreman of the job was there to check and make sure all was well. Then had some excellent workers complete the entire heating system. It works beautifully and we couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you all for your hard work and expertise!!

Work was done in a timely manner and within cost proposal. Work crew was efficient with removal of asbestos and with installtion of new Carrier system. They kept us informed of work progress and any complications encountered. We will use them for all HVAC issues.

Were able to find some safety issues with the original furnace install from the homebuilder and corrected it upon my request. Great quality work, good communication and flexible with timing since there was extra work to be done on this job that was unexpected. The quote from Carol Flynn offers 2 years of labor warranty. Marco installed my new furnace. He is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I loved his attitude, workmanship and neatness.

We had Carol Flynn install an all new high efficiency heat pump system to replace our old gas furnace. They were very professional, responsive, and did a great job installing it. It has worked like a charm, with a single problem that one of the thermostats ended up being placed where morning light shines on it, messing up the temperature measurement (not something I would have expected them to catch). I contacted them, and they immediately offered to come out and move the thermostat.

This is the second time we have used Carol Flynn. The first time was to have a wall heater changed to a new furnace put in many years ago. Because we were so happy with there work we used them again to put in a new electric furnace because we want to go green. We didn’t even have to think twice before calling them again. As usual they did an excellent job, Marco and Luis was very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and very pleasant to work with. They are the greatest company to work with for your heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend them.

The crew at Carol Flynn are uniformly first-rate. We had them completely replace our old furnaces and retrofit our house for central AC and HEPA air filtration. The workers were on time every day, updated us regularly, were quiet, they cleaned up after themselves thoroughly, and finished on time. My husband is the son of a German machinist, and very particular about work quality. He’s completely satisfied with the work Carol Flynn performed. Our new high-efficiency furnaces are quiet and function well. The new thermostats have an intuitive user interface. Haven’t tried the AC yet, but looking forward to it! Carol Flynn installed A/C into our home, and we had a great experience. All members of Carol Flynn's team were very thorough. The job was completed on time, even if this meant that the team had to work longer on the 2nd day. Also, despite being late in the day, the members of the team took their time to walk us through the installed items, thoroughly test everything and explain how to use the system. After the work has been completed, one of Carol Flynn's team members came back and did some additional fine tuning free of charge. Simply put, the team at Carol Flynn can hold their own against anyone. Marco, Eddie and Luis were professional, wore masks at all times and maintained hygienic standards the whole time they were working on the project.
