Power & Performance Air

They came out to give me a quote, and I didn't know until after they looked at my unit that I was going to be charged a "service charge". They did reduce the charge because I didn't know. But I thought that was wrong, so I don't want to use them. And so far, they're the only ones who've given me a charge for a quote.

On a super hot Saturday, 9/14/2019 my AC broke down and I had people coming over at 6.00pm so I called Power and performance air, a referral from a friend . These guys came over in a little over 3 hours and not only they fixed my AC unit but it is colder than ever before so you guys definitely deserve a 5 star.

My elderly mother's heater stopped working just as cold weather started. Having worked with Power & Performance Air before to repair her cooler, did not hesitate to call again. Thomas went above and beyond to quickly repair my mother's heater, I can't thank him enough!

Called them to get my AC working again and they scheduled an appointment the the day of the appointment I got a courtesy reminder call on an ETA on when the tech would be here exactly they were very professional and gave me several options on my repair. Good work isn't cheap but well worth every penny and I will definitely be calling them back again if I have any problems in the future and I would recommend them to others great job guys

3:30 pm on a Saturday and I needed an AC repair. Not only was the cost to diagnose cheaper than any weekday call anywhere else, the tech was here in 15 minutes.

Requested a quote and when they came they wouldn't quote repair unless I paid a discounted service charge. Which i dont think they even serviced. I don't know for sure. Im not on the roof with them.

Of course when your A/C fails it's on a Sunday night in the middle of triple digit heat wave! Power & Performance made room for us (4 generations) and had us saying Ahhh by 2:30 Monday Afternoon. Edgar was our technician, very professional & thorough. Thank You so very much P&P.

The crew that showed up to do an inspection for a potential buyer of the property came after hours (6pm) and tried to gain access to occupied units without prior authorization and went up on the roofs. As the manager of the complex I explained to the "lead" person the problems and laws (hours work can be done 9a.m. to 5 p.m.]. The crew spoke out of turn to the residents and scaring some of them. I introduced myself to them and was greeted with rudeness, not professional at all. I was more surprised when I told the lead man this was a exterior only inspection, his response was "then its a halfass job". Yes its a incomplete inspection and thats what he should have said.
