They came out 10:30 pm, an hour after I called, on a Sunday evening with daytime temps at 107. The problem was fixed quickly and our family was comfortable again soon after. Obviously, there is an after hours surcharge so don't be surprised. It would be the same for any service company willing to work on a long weekend evening. Thanks P&P Air, my wife is happy again. 🤣

Called Power & Performance Air for an annual A/C service this year. It was kind of a test to see if we really had a leak in our A/C as was told by the previous well known company that serviced us last year. Well, we did not have a leak after all. The previous well known company lied and charged us a pretty big bill. The crew from Power & Performance was on time (actually early) for a same day appointment-same day!! They were so friendly and knowledgeable. I have found an A/C service company that I will have no problem referring to others. You can tell the owner Mike takes extreme pride in his business- it shows thru his employees work ethic.

My elderly mother is with out a house after unlicensed AC company cross wires don’t do it. This decision may cost you your life

Called Power & Performance Air, because my AC was not blowing cold air, Mike Answered and gave me a time frame 12 to 2pm...When it was 110 degrees in Bakersfield....Mike called me back at 11am stating that he will be here sooner, he came and immediately spotted the problem with my capacitor, replaced it and now my AC is working again...A plus quality in my book.....

Came in one day! Very easy to schedule an appointment. Art, the technician was professional, kind and very helpful. Would absolutely use again!

only positive is that they answer phone quick and respond quick.
Young tech came out on Sunday, charged $800 for 5lbs of refrigerant just for it to all leak 4 days later. I call them to come out and check just for them to tell me their tech made a mistake filling it up while their was a leak, just for them to now want to charge me $9,000 to replace the AC now. Point is they shouldn't be performing work and charging customers when they know theirs going to another problem.

My dishwasher was not working they gave me the estimate over the phone and booked me between their schedule within 3 hours some day, I called different companies and they can not compare to how fast Mike and his crew fixed my dishwasher. I am now a happy customer with the excellent bi-annual services they offer for your heating and cooling needs. Definitely recommend!

Mike and his team are the best in Town. I have an elderly mother and no way we could go without A/C. When I called I explained to Mike my situation and he found a way to get his team over to assist us. The price was definitely fair and reasonable considering the emergency nature and the high quality work the performed. Thanks again to everyone there. Highly Highly recommend.
