16 years ago Dan Mello installed my solar system. Recently I had the system go down. I called Bland Solar and asked for Dan (aka Dan the Solar Man). He advised me to call his service center and ask for Matt Juarez. I described the problem I was having with the unit to Matt. He was familiar with my described situation and said he had an opening yet today for an inspection of my solar system. He came out within 2 hours. He spent no more than 35 minutes inspecting and bringing the system back to life. I asked him what the charge was, he said no charge thank you for your business and Happy New Year. I have to thank Dan Mello for referring me to Matt Juarez and showing that Bland Company really cares. Thank you Matt Juarez and thank you Dan Mello for your expertise and your service to our country.

The entire team was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of installing our whole house fan. Colter was informative and responsive every time we contacted him, from quote all the way to installation. The poor guys installing the unit worked like mad dogs to get the thing in properly and securely even though it was a scorching day and probably hotter than Africa in my attic. We love our new fan and are hardly using our A/C because we just suck the cool air into the house each morning and ride it on throughout the day. Cheers to the entire Bland team; approachable and professional every step of the way. That's all there is to say.

We are very happy with the price we paid to have Bland install a new air conditioner in our home. The icing on the cake was the absolutely fantastic customer service we received from them as we tried to work with our home warranty company to get the issue resolved.

I thought all the way they will be proactively informing me of the process. But half the time I am the one who followed up with them. They started installing 3 days ago and told me they will be back next day to instll the panel. They even left a box on my roof. I reach out to chad to check when are they coming back but no response so far. I have visitors on this weekend and what a thing to show that there is a box on top of my roof. I even recommended them to my boss (my boss went with them)and this is how they repay me. Until now I dont know when they are coming back. I wont recommend them to my other friends.

We had them install 42 solar panels. Today Jeff came out to switch to solar. Very professional and polite. PGE on time twice as was the inspector. Thank you so much Jeff and Bland Company

Bland is the best solar company in town! Not only do they sell quality products, but they also have a team of experts to handle the install and make sure everything is done right. Their installation is very clean and working well. You can tell they truly care about providing excellent service.

Very satisfied with their service. Always updated me via email, answered my phone calls right away and if I had any questions, they always had honest and helpful answers. When it came time for the installation, they gave me an ETA of mid October. I received a phone call on 9/29 to let me know that they were ahead of schedule and they could service my home on 10/02. They started on 10/02 and completed the installation with inspections on 10/04. The installers answered all questions I had and kept giving us updates on how it was going since we weren't home most of the time. Very professionals. Highly recommend.

I was told my bill was going to be a certain price per month that was a lie! I can’t ever talk to anybody and the sales man Marco told me if I have any problems to call him directly he won’t answer his phone or return my calls now that the solar is up on my roof he don’t care to talk to me anymore., but he sure did call me a lot trying to get my business. Terrible customer service at this place once they get your business they don’t care about you anymore!!! Thumbs down on this company
