Called Forester Tuesday and got an appointment for Friday even during the busy first cold week of the season. I just bought this house and thought the blower fan on our propane fireplace had quit working,

Our technician came on time was friendly and respectful. Took covid precautions, and took great care to keep our house clean he put covers on his boots and a drop cloth down in front of the fire.

Turns out nothing was wrong with the heater fan, someone turned the power switch off on accident.
My boyfriend and I had checked everything except the power supply (still laughing at our simple oversight) Our technician was kind and honest he tried to make us feel better about the obvious mistake. Since we didn’t need repair work I asked if he could just service and do a routine maintenance on our fireplace. Which he did and he did a fantastic job.

I appreciate the honesty of forester and their staff. They could have easily made money being dishonest the tech could have turned the power on and changed the fan out we would have never been wiser. But they didn’t. Forester definitely earned a repeat customer today I’m grateful for the wonderful honest and fast service!!

I met with a true professional from Forster. Dan’s integrity, honesty, and experience wasimmediately evident. He looked at my HVAC system that supposedly needed replacement. It had been diagnosed by others as having a cracked heat exchanger. He said all was good and the unit was functioning properly. That kind of professionalism was certainly refreshing. His report was Forster’s Christmas present to me! I wish them all Happy Holidays and a great Christmas season. Cheers to their entire staff.

Best home maintance company that I have ever worked with! Everyone is professional, knowledgable, and kind.

We had a horrible expereince with another company that was assigned by our home insurance, we fought with another company for almost a month before calling Forster. Forster came out and fixed the AC in 30 minutes for a very resonable price. We also used them for annual maintaince at my office.

I will never use another company! HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED.

We recently had our office AC system start blowing warm air. We called Foster's and they were very fast and courtious. They had the service manager out to our office in under 24 hours. He inspected our system and gave us our options for our very old system. They got us up and running for now with no pressure on installing a new system but rather laying out our future options as it will need to be replaced soon. This is by far the best experience I have had with any company that serivces this area. If you are doubting any other company I would recommend giving Foster's a shot!

Work was done promptly and efficiently. Adam and Mark provided a friendly and professional installation. Dan provided good pricing and follow up after the work was done. I have spent some time as a remodeling designer and so recognize a quality installation when I see one. Thanks to everyone at Forester including the courteous office staff.

I purchased this condo unit 2 years ago. In February my heater ran but no heat. I had people look at the system (with a heat pump) and Forester was my choice, they were prompt, replaced everything. I have never had such prompt service System is great, employees were super. I can not say enough about good thing about them and their work.

I have nothing but positive accolades to give to Dan Kumetat. He was both very professional and personable and performed a load test for heating and air on our household. Josh and Steve installed both the furnace and air conditioner systems in 8 hrs. Very impressed with their professional workmanship!!! I highly recommend Forster Heating.

When our 12 year old AC gave up, Dan came out and sympathised then presented us with a few choices. He let us choose the plan to fit our needs, then got his pencil very sharp and gave us terms we could be happy with. A week later the new unit was installed and cooling the house. I would recommend this company to everyone! Working with Dan was a pleasure and we did not get ripped off by a slick salesman.
