George was really helpful and explained all the steps of the maintenance. He answered all of the questions I had. He presented relevant solutions to the questions that I had. At the end he presented all the possible materials that would benefit me and wasn’t too salesy and pushy for me to make an immediate decision. This is our second time using this company, first for electricity purposes and second for hvac maintenance and both experiences have been great!

One of the best service inquiries I have ever experienced hands-down. George, was the tech that came out to troubleshoot my hvac unit and was so professional, knowledgeable and explained things so well that I can honestly say if I ever need any future work I’m saving his business card and asking for him. The best part of it all is that he also is an electrician! Talk about one stop shop! Long story short I will definitely be using his expertise to get my hvac and future issues repaired.

I was impressed with the company's responsiveness. I called on Monday for an estimate, they were here on Thursday. The women (2), I spoke with were also pleasant and professional. Todd arrived on time, his explanation of the installation requirement was crystal clear. We had a quote for the job, a contract and a date for installation within 30 min. Todd answered all of our questions and made sound recommendations. Never has a local company asked for customer feedback. I look forward to this company's return to complete the job.

Lightning fast response to my request for a quote and the technician was able to complete the installation immediately. Work was explained thoroughly and done perfectly. I am absolutely happy with the service provided. 5/5 stars for sure.

George is very knowledgeable, thorough and informative, very glad I opted to go with this company. Trusting my home to them for servicing was a great choice! Didn’t even have to ask him to put on shoe covers as he was already prepared.

The service technician Jalen was professional and very helpful as well. Great service overall, would highly recommend. Planning on using them for future electrical work.

Robert was SO kind, and fixed our problem with no problems! We will only EVER use Cosmic Comfort in the future- we bought a membership so we can get regular tune-ups and checks, and it’s well worth it. I would give ten stars if possible!

Raymond, my technician was very thorough. He showed me a list he works from to make sure he checks my unit carefully. He has a pleasant personality and great answering questions. I appreciate the time he took to make sure I understood what the service entailed.
