Cosmic Comfort

Cosmic Comfort was able to give us a last minute appointment. Robert was friendly and helpful, and provided excellent service. We are repeat customers and will continue to use Cosmic Comfort for our electrical and hvac needs.

I've had cosmic comfort out twice for working on our home and both times they've been very professional and knowledgeable. Both technicians I've seen (Jay and Adam) went the extra mile to make sure our repairs were done right and thoroughly. Prices were reasonable for the service provided. I am very happy with their service and will happily use them in the future.

They showed up in time. Very professional and courteous. My sister used them and what she said about them was true. They explain things in simple terms and they are priced well. I felt confident that the job I received today and the future job planned will be done correctly. I’m having them install a bidet that requires an electrical outlet. So they are placing a new outlet in the toilet area. I’m also having them install a whole house fan. I had a previous electrician install a ceiling fan, but it flickered since he installed it, and he didn’t know why. So I didn’t have him come back. All it was apparently is that he used incorrect bulbs. It requires dimmer bulbs. Great job!

They sent a technician the same day I called. Raymond was great and explained exactly what was wrong and what he did to fix it. He worked quickly and was very nice! Would definitely recommend.

I cant tell you how much this was a blessing. I called so many other people and no one wanted to help. Their customer service woman went above and beyond to help me and sent out a great fast Technician named jalen! We needed a outdoor switch replaced. We also needed several switches replaced in the house.

The electrician arrived on time. When asked about price he didn't give a quote or tell us that each switch replaced would cost $100.68. We provided several switches.

Had we been aware of the cost we would only have had the outdoor switch replaced.

I recently signed up with Cosmic Comfort's yearly club membership that provides two semi-annual heating and air tune-ups among other benefits.

They sent over George, one of their HVAC techs to complete my inspection/repair. He was extremely professional, thorough, and concise during his visit. I was always kept informed throughout the entire appointment life cycle. George was able to answer my most technical questions while also being able to break down others in a practical way for me to ensure I understood the processes fully.

Some other things that stood out to me were punctuality (George arrived exactly when he said he would), an easy payment method (I paid by AMEX not cash), and the "no sales" pressure communication that was provided (I wasn't talked or pushed into buying additional products). Overall an exceptional experience. With techs of George's caliber, and honest service options that make sense, I would recommend Cosmic Comfort without a doubt.

Very well organized, well managed company with professional staff. However I'd appreciate it if you they use material with better quality for electrical work. Overall it's a great company and they deserve 5 stars.

Technician arrived on time, totally professional and courteous. Job was explained and carried out with precision. A good clean up and q&a time before presenting the bill. A1 company with great employees.

When I called I was greeted very politely and she was very patient and informative with me. I was informed by email and text that the technician was on their way and the guy that came out was earlier than scheduled which was nice. He knew exactly what to do and was very punctual with getting an estimate to me. If you need electrical work done I would definitely recommend Jantz Electric.
