Wise Choice Heating & AC Repair was punctual for all appointments including walking through to give an estimate, the installation and the final walk through. The price was very reasonable, clearly spelled out in writing and explained in a professional and easy to understand manner. The actual work was done in a timely manner and with very good workmanship. Everything was cleaned up afterword and left in a better condition. We plan to use Wise Choice Heating & AC Repair again and will recommend them to other people as well.

Called Wise Choice Heating & AC Repair after our AC stopped working. Received a call back 1 hour later after hours on Sunday afternoon. One technician came the same evening to assess the problem. The fan blower was seized and needed replacing. The next day he called to let me know the replacement fan was unfortunately out of stock and would take a day to arrive. After it arrived, he came over and replaced it all in about 30mins. He even helped assess the temperature of the AC air since it's almost 20 years old. It was a bit low on coolant so he gave me additional recharge for a very low price. He was very courteous and punctual, very helpful with my questions, and efficient. Thank you very much.
