Wise Choice Heating & AC Repair Alhambra

Our AC stopped working overnight. I left a message around 7am and Wise Choice Heating & AC Repair tech responded within 30 minutes. Said he would be there by 3pm, would call 30 minutes in advance, and explained the service fee. He delivered on all promises. He called, he arrived on time, he was polite and practicing all Covid protocols, and he fixed the AC super quickly. I would definitely recommend.

Many thanks to the team and the owner of Wise Choice Heating & AC Repair for helping out an elderly patient who touched my heart. She is suffering from Heart Disease and had severe shortness of breath at her visit due to her heart and the fact that her AC went out. During our brief conversation God put it on my heart to seek help for her and Wise Choice Heating & AC Repair came through!! She was so grateful and they are a stand up company for helping those less fortunate in the community!!!

Our AC packed up working (after the annual service) in our reception area. We called this company as we did not trust the other company who serviced it. Two engineers came and found the issue inside and solve it and it started working.

Very professional and organized. Followed up and update appointments with emails. Diagnosed quickly but had to wait over weekend for part.
