Bad job from the beginning. He changed me $128.00 for 10 minutes. When the washer machine went off only 3days later he told me, " ha a lot a work, I'm not going back, and hans up. Real crooked individual. I did have to pay a professional to get it fixed. This guy runs a scam

I see I was not the only one that they did this. I was all day waiting for an installation, I even call them more that four times to confirm. They told me to wait for them. I did wait until 9 pm and they never show up not even called to reschedule. Funny because they did call me like crazy to sell me the product.

Quick and professional on site services. Customer services can improve a litter. Overall excellent service.

We have been waiting for 3 months for a technician to visit. They have left us waiting for them many times.

Zero stars. Local was abandoned. Maybe they were relocated but they dont answer the telephone.
