Great people and fast, friendly service. Needed a roof vent for my enclosed trailer with a New 2020 Corvette inside. Lost it somewhere on the way and more rain is coming. They had it and got me taken care of right away. Even loaned me a ladder. Good people. Good prices.

Very professional team and very prompt. They got the right people out either that day or the next and had everything fixed for us. I was extremely impressed I have never dealt with a company that cares so much and is so prompt. We haven’t been a client of theirs long but I can say I’m highly impressed so far. Will continue to use Rikard & Sons for all my Rv and A/c needs.

Rikard and Sons did us a great job yesterday. We were without lights and brakes on our RV and were 400 miles from home. They got us in quickly and fixed our problem immediately. We are very pleased with their work.

I placed a call trying to get a service person to come out and I talked to someone over the phone and explained that I have a new unit that needs to be tested and charged he was very rude I explained that if he did not want the work I would call someone that did. What happened to costumer survive and treating the costumer just a little deter than pond scum.

While we were on a trip, the guys replaced both of my motorhome's dump valves and the waste lines while waited. This is an excellent repair facility for RVs.

Haven't been to Rikards in years or close to it. However the last time I was there I got what I needed at a good price.
