Delta Mechanical Contractors

They were assigned to us by our home warranty company. They showed up to diagnose the problem and then went radio silent. We never heard from the technician again, never heard from the company again. We called the home warranty company, Delta never called them with their diagnosis. We are 10+ days without hot water and Delta won't answer the phone nor return our calls. They home warranty company is unable to contact them. I have never encountered such an unprofessional contractor.

I utilized Delta Home Cooling multiple times and the tech. was either late or did not show up on two occasions, and when the tech did arrived he didn't have the parts necessary to repair by tub for one call and kitchen faucet for another call. Thus causing the contractor to have to schedule another call and resulting in me having the change my schedule again.

I just want to express my sincere appreciation to Delta Mechanical Contractors and particularly their repairman Jeff. Last night (night before a 4-day holiday weekend) my air conditioning started failing; specifically, there was no cold air. At 7:30 a.m. the next morning I called Delta Mechanical Contractors and explained to them that I know it was a long holiday weekend but I had family coming in from out of town and that I needed my air conditioning repaired. Within a couple of hours Jeff was knocking at my door, with his tools in hand, ready to see what he could do to get us up and running. He surveyed the problem, completed the repair, and we had cold air again. I am extremely grateful to this company for providing customer service at its best!! Thanks Jeff and Delta Mechanical Contractors for quickly responding at a time when a response was needed most!!

Exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I needed a new central heating and air system in my home and I am very glad I asked around and David Smiths name came up so I called Delta Manufacturing. I also called other HVAC companies. An appointment was set up for a rep to visit with me and discuss what I may want and need. Terrance met with me and surveyed the situation and he came up with 3 different ways to help me meet my needs. He put me at ease also and discussed the prices and differences in the systems in a very professional and courteous manner. I picked out the one I thought was right for me and discussed the situation a little more and we both agreed it would more than take care of what I wanted and needed. The price was what I expected to have to pay and not any more. Actually saved me $250.00. An installation date was set up and as I sat in the carport nervously awaiting the installers to arrive, my hands were shaking and my knees were weak. The installers arrived, John, Keith and Tanner. As soon as I met with these guys and showed them my concerns about the installation, my fears had vanished completely. A very positive can do attitude, no worries we got this Paul, I was never worried again as these Guys are Real Pro's. It may not have been the easiest install but there was never any tension, worries or panic by the crew. I am so grateful for what they did for me and the way it was done. They even made me a new access door that was much better than what I had. Including the trim work. AWESOME !!! They came in the morning and by the afternoon it was in place and working like a charm. I thanked God for sending this crew to help me and I will be forever grateful. Thanks Again - Terrance, John, Keith and Tanner. If I ever know of anyone needing a New System I will definitely recommend Delta Mechanical Contractors. I am going to have them come out before the Fall and clean my air vents for me also. They just need to shut the doors on this place. Know communication. Cancel appointments without letting you know. Never answer the phone. Been having the same problems for months and it’s still not fixed.

Installed a new heating and a c system in my home did a great job on it came out on the fourth of july for a minor fix .I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I need someone to call me ASAP. The check that was supposedly lost after I paid Mike on Venmo has now been cashed!!!!!!
