Stith is my go-to for any and all plumbing concerns! They helped rescue me from a failed sump pump and install a new shower and laundry system for my basement unit. They even helped me get my propane fireplace running again and ran a new line for my propane cook stove. Everytime I see them they are friendly professional and upbeat about some fairly challenging work. You can go wrong with them!!

They treat you like they actually care about you, your home, and your well being. I wouldn't work with another plumbing or HVAC repair service in this area, because Stith is the best.

We called about a water leak in the attic. They came promptly and quickly resolved the issue. We would definitely recommend using them.

My Mom's heater was acting up on Christmas day and I was very concerned since I am in California and she is there in Fayetteville. I tried to call a few places and no one was answering and when I called Stith, Kathy answered the phone and I explained the problem to her. She wasn't able to help at first but called back in 5 minutes saying that her son would be able to go out and have a look at her heater AND bring her a couple of portable heaters just in case. This was a Christmas miracle to me! They got the heater working for that very cold day and were able to fix it very quickly. I appreciate you guys so much and am so glad you answered on Christmas Day, cooking dinner no less! Thank you!- Anthony Giaimo

Best of the best here want try to sell you anything you don't need and when they say the job is done it's done right.

Their commercials are literally absolutely the worst. When they come on the only thing I can do to stop my ears from bleeding is immediately shut the radio off. I can’t take it anymore!! I’m literally considering removing my radio from my car so I never have to hear one of their commercials again.
If their goal was to reverse advertise and cause me to be so annoyed by them I would never ever consider contacting them for any plumbing HVAC needs even if they were the last servicer on the earth then goal achieved.

This company provides excellent service. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and reliable. I would highly recommend using them.
