Ski Brothers was recommended by a coworker of mine.

Matt was great. He determined that more refrigerant was needed. As soon as he recharged the unit there was a notable difference. He also located where the leak was coming from and fixed it. Very reasonable prices too.

I am beyond thankful for Aaron! We had an emergency situation, I called him at at 5:45pm and he told me he would be here in 10 minutes!! He was so kind, professional, efficient, trustworthy and quick! I was so stressed out and he literally came to my rescue. He also didn’t gouge me for the fast after hours service call. He was very reasonable and so fairly priced. This was my first time using Ski brothers and I will always, always, ALWAYS recommend them (and use them) from this point forward. Amazing customer service and very affordable! Ski Brothers took the time required to investigate our issue, and we had cold air almost instantly after they left in this hot Arkansas August weather. We had hired another company last summer with very little relief and soaring prices. This time we knew we had received amazing service and a fix very quickly! Aaron and Matt were both super friendly, and it’s evident they aim to please their customers. They’ve gained our trust and business. Called Ski Brothers because I wasn’t pleased with the last company I had used, and read several positive reviews on their website. Aaron the owner answered the phone. Told him my A/C wasn’t working properly, and the condensation was coming out from the emergency drain. He informed me that if that overflowed it would go to the sheet rock in my ceiling below the unit in my attic, in my home. He said he would see if he could work me in to prevent that, and see if he could at least, fix that problem and get my unit to cool. He contacted me later on and said he personally would be here around 4:00 that afternoon unless one of his guys got through with their calls, or had a cancellation it could be sooner. A little before 4:00 I got a text, and he said he was on his way. He arrived soon after. Went up into hot attic and saw where my main condensation line had come loose from the main drain line, and that was the reason the condensation was coming from emergency drain. He reconnected that, and went out back to see if it was draining properly. While waiting he checked my Freon, and it was low, so he added Freon. It’s nice to know the owner of a company is willing to get involved and take care of a new customer the way he did for me. My A/C is cooling and there was no damage done to my ceiling. As of now Ski Bothers will be the ones I use to take care of all of my heating and cooling needs from now on. I highly recommend them to any of you needing this type of service, and the reviews are legitimate. I also recommend if your A/C drains from your attic that you make sure you have an emergency drain to prevent damage to your home, should the main line malfunction or stop up. I only do honest reviews of my experience with any company I deal with…. This company is the best I’ve ever had in many decades of taking care of my HVAC needs…. They really care about the customer…

Nobody wants to have to make that dreaded call for hvac repairs, but when your system craps out and the temp outside is so hot that the severe weather alerts are pretty much month-long, you gotta fix it asap. Aaron was great! Arrived on time, he was very professional and extremely thorough with checking the entire system for issues. I had the system checked a few months back by Airco and was told there was a tiny leak that he couldn’t find. Recharged it with refrigerant and that was it. Fast forward a few months and the issue was back and worse inside. I’m pretty certain that had I called Ski Brothers the first time, I wouldn’t have needed services this soon again.

He was prompt, kind, knowledgeable, and had me fixed up in no time.
