Three installers came on time on scheduled date. The old unit was not only screwed in but was glued down. The fact that it was in a small hall cabinet area made it even harder to remove and install the new. The outside air unit was much easier. It was an all day job. Great job guys. Professional workers right down to clean up. Great deal on the units and the warranty.
