    After being away for the 4th of July I returned home at 8pm on the 5th to find my air conditioning was out. I called Chapman Service and they were at my home in less than 30 minutes. The owner called me to give me the name of the technician , let me know he was on his way and what the truck would look like that the technician was driving . John got my air conditioning back on in about 15 minutes and was polite and professional. Great service after hours. I will definitely use them again.

    Jason and his crew with Chapman Services installed the electrical for a tankless water heater in my 1940's house. They did a great job and were well organized. They also followed up on questions I had even after they
    left. I will certainly go back to them for heating and AC issues in the future.

    Our Unit finally gave up just in time for a massive heat index advisory. Chapman was able to come out to look and install a new unit within 2 days. The company we generally went with wouldn’t be able to get a unit for 10 days! The techs installed my a/c and came back later to do the heater due to the need to fix a lot of people’s A/C. They were back about 4 weeks later to get the heat running. Our new unit is great. Both A/C and Heater work and my son loves the new thermostat so he can check the weather. Thus far there have been no problems and everyone I encountered was extremely courteous and helpful.

    Chapman's sent out technician Jordan right away. We had a thunderstorm and experienced a power surge that shorted out two outlets. He diagnosed it and replaced them in a timely manner and was very courteous and thorough and informative. He cleaned after repairs were completed. He did a great job. I would highly recommend this company!

    This is a tough time to be without HVAC. Chapman has been very attentive and prompt, they repaired my service in just a couple of days. The two technicians Adam and Anthony were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

    In short. I love them. For my initial installation in 2016 Dan came out and was very thorough and attentive to match our needs and budget to their product line. No pressure sale. Every time we are serviced the young men are timely, courteous, asking for entry to the areas they need to access. They also present the estimate and require a signature before beginning. I love that. Afterwards they have always explained what was done, give space for questions, and actually answer them. I love that I feel like my business matters to them.

    Being that Chapman is a known HVAC company, I really thought their customer service was better than what we experienced. We called Chapman because our A/C fan stopped working. Instead of checking to see WHY the fan wasn't working they automatically ASSUMED the unit needed a new fan. They charged us $551.07. After installing the fan our A/C fan was still not working. Then Dan Chapman decides to pitch his sales about considering a new unit. WELLLL, he still have not fixed the problem that he was called to do because out unit is not that old. The next day we called them out to look at the problem that we initially called them for because the fan was still not working. I could tell that Dan Chapman was not happy that he had to come back. He instantly told me "This seems to be a little more complicated that we thought, so looks like we may have to start a new ticket". WELL, WELL, WELL that sound like more money than what we already had paid and the problem had not been solved. So we decided to go with another company for a second opinion that actually came out solved the problem. The new company told us once every thing was fixed that we had been stiffed, because it probably was nothing wrong with our fan. WHATTTT!! We had maintenance service scheduled with Chapman. We decided to cancel the service because at this point we can no longer trust them. Out of courtesy my husband called to cancel. Dan Chapman hung up in face. What kind of creditable company does that? My advice to everyone is seek service elsewhere. Dan Chapman is a crook. I feel like 1 star is too many. The only reason I'm rating this is because this review will not post if I don't rate it.

    We have never had any issues with this company! We love them. They are always there when we need them. A/C goes out right as the heat hits? They were out in the same day to fix it! They had us up and running in no time. They kept us up to date on everything we needed for our system repair. I have never hesitated to call them. We purchased one of their service plans last year and love how much money it has saved us! Highly recommend!
