The team was quite responsive and always called a head and conferenced with us on our needs and desires. They worked tirelessly to ensure our issues where handled quickly and completely. Todd and Clayton, with Climate Warriors have been a life saving business to us this year. When our AC went out on a Thursday night, they were the only company to push extra hard to see us by Friday and Saturday that same weekend. They worked together to figure out the problem, order our part and stay on top of the parts company to repair our unit as fast as they possibly could! They have a real passion to help people in this arena and it shows with how quickly they’ve responded to our issues. Their concern, dedication and determination to help us twice in 5 months with our unit is at the fore front of why we chose to leave another local company and buy a service contract with them. They contacted me within a few hours of placing the service request. He was very thorough and explained and showed me what had failed. He was prepared, had the part in the truck, and was able to replace it right away. He also made sure that everything was in working order before he left.
