Fusion Heat and Air

This is hands down the best heat and air company in the whole area. They scheduled us and within two hours they were at my house. Cecil came over and within 30 minutes was gone. Not to mention with a quote so cheap it got a laugh and a tip. They are all I’ll use for my business and home. I even had to request Cecil always be sent on my calls. The owners are both great people, who clearly have even better employees. Don’t waste your time calling anywhere else.

I have used Fusion for my heating and air maintenance and new installations. They have been very prompt, provided temporary equipment when necessary and do a great job of communicating with me to get the best solution for my problems. I highly recommend Fision.

I had so many people to come out and give me estimates to upgrade my system from a 2 ton to a 4 ton unit and could not find anyone that was interested in doing what we wanted they all just wanted to add a mini split which we did not want. We found Fusion heat and air on Facebook and called them to come out. They heard my concerns and gave me an amazing quote to do exactly what we wanted. They came on time and got the job done in 1 day. Joe and Colton was efficient, friendly, and did a great job. They even dealt with my pickyness and came back out 3 times just to make me happy. Our upstairs room temperatures exceeded 100 degrees and our vents were blowing warm air. Fusion Heat and Air sent technician Bryan Wall. Bryan was very sharp and professional! He used his tools to connect to the A/C unit and explained to us what he saw. The freon was very low so Bryan started a recharge. During the recharge, he answered our questions, explained the different parts of the system, and was a wealth of information! Bryan took the time to monitor the system during and after the recharge. He showed us that the system was holding the charge and what kind of performance to expect going forward.

Our A/C is blowing cold air again and our upstairs rooms are staying cold. We are soo glad we were able to work with Bryan. We highly recommend Bryan and Fusion Heat and Air!

Andy, came out & worked on my parents unit. He was awesome, very professional, and informative. My Mother is by far one of the hardest people to please, and she requested that he come out in the event, she ever need service again. I set up the appointment over the phone the day before, and the lady I spoke with (Lindsay) was very fast & nice. Great customer service goes a long way!

They changed out our office heating & air system in one day and everything was functioning properly when they left.Their 2 technicians, Colton and Joe, were very helpful and did an outstanding job.
