Tri-State Water, Power, and Air

When we were sold our water system, we knew we would be moving within the year. The salesman assured us they could move and reinstall at no charge. When installed, the system seemed to work well which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 0. Once we sold our house, I called to tell them we needed it removed until the purchase of our new home. We were charged $150 for uninstalling the unit because the salesman "didnt put that in the paperwork and he does that all the time" according to the guy who uninstalled the unit. Fast forward to when we tried to get it reinstalled. I call to have that handled and was told it will be $125/hr plus parts. Our appointment is scheduled for the 11th between 10-1. I sit and wait for the installer, John, until 3:15 and he never shows. I call Tri state and they say he was called on an emergency and cant make it and didnt have the decency to call and let me know. The manager rescheduled the appointment and once he finally shows up on the 13th, he cant locate a water line but ensures my husband and I it will be installed that day. Several plumbers show up to try and locate the line and John comes back to dig that evening. He digs for approx 45 min then leaves without a word. We havent seen him since. We had numerous visits from plumbers on the 16th and 17th in which John was supposed to return, but here it is the 23rd and we still have no water system installed and they have our $7,000 system with them.

My generator works just as it was explained to me. We are very happy with our purchase. They are so easy to work with!
