I highly, highly recommend this company! Our air conditioner went out & it is so hot outside. I asked friends who they recommend & one of them gave me Macy’s number. We called his office line, left a voicemail. In the meantime I did call other places, was told that no one was available to help until next week unless I wanted to pay the techs overtime. I’ve got 2 small children at home, so I didn’t want to have to ask to stay at family’s homes until someone could make time. At this point I’m just praying that someone, anyone can help, and Macy called my husband back! He let him know he could make it out that day, between 11 & 2 and would give us an hours notice when he would be headed to our home! He came out, inspected our unit, found what was wrong & fixed it! Recommended to us yearly services, and helped us tremendously on the price! When I got home from work, I called his cell number that he left, just to say thank you! I know it’s an extremely busy time of year, but I wanted him to know just how thankful I was for him being able to come out with such short notice! He was so, so nice! And very humbled!

Very few HVAC businesses will send out the owner of the company. I've worked with quite a few in the Little Rock area, where a HVAC tech came out and tried to sell me a new unit. They didn't want to even look at the existing unit to see what the issue might be. The owner of Sherman Heat and Air came out when I called them to find out what may be wrong with my unit. There were 2 units at my last house, he quickly diagnosed and got them back in good shape. When I moved to my new house, he also provided service on the two units. It wasn't a tech that came out it was the owner. He was very patient with my questions about what was going on with the units, and what solutions might resolve the problem. After attempting to repair the unit for a couple of years he recommended replacing it. After receiving several quotes, he provided the best price. When it came time to replace the unit, it wasn't a crew that came and replaced it, it was the owner and his staff. They all worked quickly and diligently to ensure it was done right. Its been a couple of weeks, and the new unit is working great. I trust this company, and they do great work!

He is very polite and treats you like family. After my package unit went out on my rental house I got several estimates. Even though Sherman's wasn't the cheapest he was definitely the right choice. He showed up when he said he would and installed the outside unit. But what really impressed me was they did it in the rain. After they were done they cleaned the area better than what it was before they got there. I will highly recommend Sherman's to anyone needing heating and air service.

This team’s service and quality of work is second to nobody. If we have an a/c or heat problem, or just need our units inspected and serviced, we don’t even consider calling anyone else. They are prompt, courteous and honest, and really listen to your issue to outline all of your options before starting the job.

Excellent service, great professional advice. Quality work and no mess left. Reasonable costs and they stand behind their work. Bought new air unit for upstairs after throwing money away on freon for too long. What a difference in comfort!
