Hands down the best company I ever used Nathan and Jim was very professional installed a new ac unit in under 4hours they was nice and friendly and way cheaper than a quote I had got from someone else he will always be my go to I will never use anyone else and I highly recommend him to anybody! Nathan came to our home when our a/c unit stopped cooling our home down last summer, 2020. He replaced the coil in the unit and it worked really well for the remainder of the summer. This summer, 2021, we noticed that the a/c wasn’t keeping our house cool and we would set the thermostat for 70 but by 4:00 pm it would be 76 inside the house. We did try to call Nathan a few times but didn’t hear back from him so we called another company who came out and said we needed a new coil. I had previously wrote a negative review thinking we had been sold a defective coil by Nathan from what the other a/c company (Prime)told me. Nathan saw the review and got in touch with us immediately. He came out the following day and apologized for not getting our messages and getting back with us. My husband went into the attic with him after he went upstairs and couldn’t find any issues. My husband agreed and said the coil was still brand new looking and was working just fine after the Prime a/c guy cleaned it and now I think he was trying to sell me something we didn’t need. Nathan felt bad about us having to hire another company and wanted to reimburse us but we refused since the a/c did need an annual check and cleaning. Everything is nice and cool in our house now and that’s all that I need!

These guys WERE great. We used them for several jobs (home and rentals) and did a good job, stand by their work, and very fairly priced. Nice guys.
They came for a look see when our AC went out last month, did some work around to wait on a part. (no money was paid). Cool air was blowing for a few days before it quit again. We never heard from them again? Would not respond to numerous calls and text for update. No communication what so ever. None - not even to say they were too busy or had some emergency? Nothing?? - Ended up calling another company after 3 days... sad really.

Nathan and his crew replaced my geo-thermal heat pump and did an outstanding job. They were prompt, professional and provided a tremendous value vs. the other bids I received. I highly recommend B & F.

Nathan came out. He did a excellent job. After he added freon to the compressor, he went inside to see if he could figure out why we were not getting any air in our bedrooms. We have had others look at it before. Nathan found the problem and fixed it. No one else had been able to even figure out the problem was. Thank you Nathan.
