I highly recommend Bain Heat and Air! Chris is very responsive and so helpful. My AC was leaking, ceiling fell through. He was there same day. Great quality work! These are people you can depend on and trust. That is so so important. I know a lot of people worry about price. The price was fine for what I needed done. With things like this, you really need to be able to trust a company and know they will do a thorough job. Brandon was very helpful as well—professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I also used them a month ago when I needed a new fan motor. After two pretty big deals (to me anyway), I can 100% recommend this company.

Chris and his technician, Jesse, were very professional, patient and knowledgeable. I appreciate the quick turnaround to fix my mother’s system. I also appreciate how Jesse allowed my mother to ask questions and communicate with her family throughout the process. He stepped her through his process and explained things to her in a very professional manner. Things goes a long way, in my book! When he left, she she felt well cared for and happy with everything! Chris Bain and his employees are excellent. We had all new duct work and a new heat and air unit installed. They provided a very fair and honest estimate, began the install when they said they would and completed it when they said they would. Not a scrap was left behind - every day, my home and yard were cleaned up as if they weren’t there. Daily text updates were sent. The quality of the work and the integrity of Chris and how his business is conducted is a 10/10. Whatever HVAC needs you may have, Bain Heating and Air should be your ONLY call!

Bain Heat and Air was so helpful for us on a late Friday afternoon. Chris went above and beyond to diagnose the problem with our AC. He found it was under warranty and had a fellow worker go retrieve the part from the store, as they were about to close. Excellent customer service that is hard to come by these days. He was informative and professional and I would recommend him for all of your Heat and Air needs!!!

Beware, over expensive, charged over $800 to fill up Freon for one air conditioner unit. We had same problem last year and we paid less than $300 to different servicing company

Chris was very informative and kind. He and his crew was fast, clean and respectful. He installed brand new heating and cooling system at a very competative price. I highly recimmend using Bain Heat!

Do not hesitate to use these guys. Called them at 7:30 in the morning to fix the AC at my rent house. They had it repaired by lunch time. Will only use them in the future because they are honest, dependable, and on time. Thank you very much
