My yearly service was done on Tuesday and on Sunday I had no A/C. After taking a look, the disconnect box was fried (wires melted). Left VM on Sunday, tech was at my house Monday morning and fixed it but needed to pay for it even though they had service it five days prior. Gave it three stars for the good customer service. It was a bit weird how my A/C stoped working after it was serviced my them.

Great service. Very prompt. Came out on Father's day and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

They came out like they said. We need freon, that was quite expensive. Over 800.00 for 4 pounds. But got it fixed and we're staying cool.

Called Airtronics originally for assistance on an HVAC unit purchased with a property in West Winds RV Park. They were a great help but too many problems. I decided to replace it with a 3 ton AC unit. The installing techs were actually early, and went right to works. Techs worked well together, each on a different expect of the install. One went under the house, a tough job, especially in high heat. Imstall went very well, and started on the first test. Well done!
