It's actually crazy how punctual this place is, and how fair & transparent they are. Called at like 11:30 and they were at my house by noon. They do amazing work each and every time. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great experience starting with 1) the excellent communication and customer service from the office (Crystal) who explained costs and handled scheduling. 2) software they use to notify you of scheduled work via email/text, the timeframe and with reminders!! 3) call from the technician (Jacob) notifying us he was on his way and the software they text over so you can track their estimated arrival 4) and most important, the professionalism of Jacob and assistant Jimmy. Jacob is an outstanding technician and did a great job with the installation and the necessary modifications for our new water heater. Very customer service oriented. You can tell they care about the customer's experience! Great company and highly recommend

Our AC quit the Saturday evening of Labor Day weekend, and Marz was there the next day to fix it - on a Sunday!! I always brag about Marz Mechanical! Their customer service is the best - especially when you’re completely stressed out over no AC! They’re responsive, repair the problem, and the techs (Jacob, Ben and Xavier) are knowledgeable and super nice. Crystal (in the office) is always very friendly, too. While you’re dealing with the frustration of not having AC, they make the entire situation much easier to deal with (and they get it fixed quickly - which is what we all want!) -- Then....on September 25th, the AC failed again. Tuned out to be a condenser motor failure, which likely caused the capacitor to fail on Sept. 4th.
