Marz mechanical heating, cooling & Plumbing

I've had problem with my AC reaching adequate cooling the entire cooling season. I had another company out that was here for 5 minutes & explained nothing. Enriquez did a complete inspect of the unit & diagnosed the problem & repaired it. Unfortunately, the unit is under sized & he feels I never insulation & better windows but was still able to tweak AC. Also explained finance options if & when I'm ready. Highly recommended

My AC went out on Tuesday, I used my home warranty and Marz got sent out to check on the unit. Basically decided to install a new unit, they got me an amazing price and tried to get me in on Friday (my fault as I didn’t respond in enough time). They have had open communication and been looking out for me the entire time! We got the install scheduled for 5am Saturday morning of Memorial Day Weekend! I’m impressed, so here is where they get a 6th star! I was originally told I had a 3 ton unit on my house, and was quoted for such. As they were prepping my order and verifying measurements, they realized I actually have a 5 ton unit. They called me to verify my appointment and tell me about the mistake, and soon as I was told they said, we gave the wrong information and quoted you wrong, SO WE WILL HONOR THE PRICE WE QUOTED ! Customer service like this doesn’t happen much anymore. Having your AC go out after being in a newly purchased home is frustration enough. I’m greatful for the compassion and understand Marz has had in my situation.
