Call was made and was at my house within an hour and it was after 5pm.
Very nice gentleman, he fixed my unit right then. We had 86 degrees inside so it wasn’t very nice but he fixed problem in about 2 hours.

Gus Serrano explained every detail to us about our repair on our Ac unit. He was very professional and answered every question we asked him. We will keep calling him for all our repairs in the future. Keep up the good work Gus!

We contacted One Hour Air Conditioning for an emergency repair after our AC unit quit working. Despite it being 105 degrees out, the company our home warranty company assigned to us said that they couldn't come out until 5 days later. We called One Hour AC and within a couple of hours they had a tech at our house. Usiel did an incredible job and had the parts needed on hand and had our AC up and running in no time. We had another company send a tech to do an evaluation as well and their quote was almost $300 more than the one we got from One Hour, and they were going to have to order the part. We can't say enough positive things about the company and about Usiel who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Technician David showed great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, took his time to explain what he was doing and shared all of their test results. I will diffidently call One Hour again.

UPDATE: 3/28/22: Had more AC issues a year later and called these guys first. They are prompt, professional and accomodating. I would highly recommend. Easy to work with technicians.

Past call:
Called Superior Air One Hour Air this past Labor Day Weekend after calling a few other places which could not help.They were polite, professional and reasonably priced for making a last minute call in the heat and on a holiday weekend. The technician showed up a bit early! Raul was great and helped us figure out any potential problems with our unit. The sales team and technicians were not pushy at all and quite helpful. I highly recommend them for your HVAC commercial needs.
Update: Called them again for exhaust extractor issues. Unfortunately pricey job but they were kind enough to allow me to order a part that was much more affordable. I highly recommend this company. They are reasonable. Now we will wait for the part and install.
