Superior One Hour was so amazing. Our AC broke while we had Airbnb tenants at the house. We called around and they were the quickest to be available. While we were out of town they were able to get everything done for us while looking for a leak. They returned a few days later to find it. Our compressor needed to be replaced and they were able to work with the manufacturer to make sure that it was under warranty. They took us under their wing and helped us through the whole process. We are beyond happy with the service we got and happy that our compressor is fixed.

Fast 24 hour service my AC went out. I'M in Oro Valley, AZ. Temp was 106°. I called late on a Wednesday and before 9 pm Technician came found out why AC died. Then Comfort Consultant came in. By Saturday we had a New AC & Furnace. I was impressed with them all.

From my first call I was impressed with customer service! Clear and clean on what we were doing. I was able to change my appointment time and they notified me when they were almost at my home.

They first came out to help fix my AC when it was broken in 2021. They fit me in last min when I told them I was 9 months pregnant. I was so grateful!

I haven't used anyone else since. They are always great about scheduling and get the job done. Professional, cheerful and helpful. I also get the same technician every time, so at this point he knows my house, my family and knows all the history with my AC which makes everything faster and smoother.

David was personable and professional. He’s coming back tomorrow to install a new compressor. Very good communicator and very detailed explaining what was needed and what and why it happened.

They were so kind and gave me the best estimate for repair of my older unit when I had been quoted twice as much! They came out on the same day to help my family and Robert and his colleague worked tirelessly to get our unit up and running. Elizabeth and Kevin were also great! I will be coming back when I am able to get a new unit!

Gus came out and worked in my garage, it’s was 106 and 110 enclosed. Gus went back to the office after hours, to get portable AC units because , the blower was not available today, and we would have to endure extreme heat until Tommorow. Thanks for taking an extra 20 minutes to make sure we were comfortable for the evening. Much Appreciated
