Jerry gives practical, cost-effective advice. He showed up on time to do an inspection of a rooftop gas HVAC unit at a property we are buying. We had received conflicting inspection reports and hoped he could clear up the differences. Before he knew about the previous inspections, he did a very thorough inspection, and my constant observing of his process didn't bother or effect him in any way. After he told me the unit was in good shape, I shared the previous results with him. He then took the unit apart to show me the actual parts that would have caused the problems if they were damaged, which he showed me were not. He also explained how easily the mistake in one of the earlier reports could have been made, even with the best of intentions. No drama. No grandstanding. Just clear, honest, and not self-serving or get-a-job-focussed information. I will trust Jerry to do all of my service and remodel HVAC work in the future.

The A/C at our business, Rich Nails, was not working properly so we were in need for a reliable A/C service. While others places I called charges a hefty fee just to come or have me wait over a week, Jerry answered the call and came to the shop right away. He did a careful assessment on the A/C and proposed solution for the problem. By 9AM the next day, Jerry has finished the job to ensure our business can resume back to work as usual.

I called Jerry on a Thursday night and he was at my home Friday at 8:30am, with my AC fixed and working as well as it ever has by 10am. He was responsive, friendly, on-time, and priced totally fairly. It's nice dealing directly with an owner-operator. Jerry arrived during the agreed window time. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away. He gave me some recommendations and even answer additional questions that I had! GREAT SERVICE! He gave me the option of paying with cash or credit and he was very professional!

I'm very grateful that Jerry was able to respond and come out on short notice, especially in the evening. He diagnosed the problem and quickly got the AC back up and running. Other "24 HR" services promised a page back, but only Jerry was the one to actually respond and come out.

I called HVAC Heating and Cooling on New Years Day. I had a problem with my furnace. It was a scary situation! I spoke with Jerry and he came the same day. He arrived fairly quickly. He was very professional and also answered all my questions and concerns. He gave me good advice too. He seems to be a very honest person and a man with integrity.
